Pleased to see this popular family run Beach Shack has returned to the beach after an absence of a few years. It is now situated between Majorda and Gonsua Beaches, along side Pepsi Cola House, a short walk along the sand. We spent the evening here, firstly having a cold beer watching an amazing Goan sunset. This was followed later on with dinner, we had a lovely evening and enjoyed some delicious food.Also spent a number of days here using the comfortable sunbeds, soaking up the sunshine and being looked after so well by the staff in the shack and enjoying wonderful food.There is an extensive menu to choose lunch/time from, seafood and fish are specialities here.

The chefs have researched preparations from the continent, the orient as well as the North West frontier. In air conditioned comfort, it is a place for a relaxing break. Get energized with your favorite wines perhaps an exotic cocktail from the well stocked bar. And get ready to travel after your order has been taken. Start with a Seafood Cocktail with a Goan twist or the Stuffed Jalapenos. From the continent try the Wine Glazed Grilled Chicken. These are just a few preparations but the variety listed is much more; like coastal food especially Goan-styled fresh fish and sea food. End that meal with a crunchy Chocolate Mousse. The restaurant also offer a buffet..with a specialty Goan niche. Cosmos is the place where you can tickle your taste buds with delectable choices of cuisine from across the world.

Nice shack with friendly staff. The food we ordered wasnât good and it gave me a bad stomach but it was probably a bad choice we made.

We were traveling from Aviation museum to bettys place. On the way we needed lunch as I was driving with GPS. Exterior is quite good so we went inside. We don't repent for our decision. Vegetation food was good with a very nominal pricing. I ordered one fish which was very costly as Goa is a fishing town and these guys get fresh catch. Even a Goan beer was expensive which is common in most Goan hotels. They get some foreigners and that is why they charge more it seems. Goan hospitable industry should keep it in mind as many Indians are also contributing to Goa`s economy in tourism.

This must be among the few places where Iâve seen such an elaborate menu for Indian main course dishes. Superb choice and great taste which gets better with efficient service and thoughtfulness. For dinner the adults got knives in the cutlery and the kid got a table knife which speaks volumes of the lady of the house who makes it a point to give attention to all the tables. Beautiful setting in a garden ambiance. Must do ! And yes, they also have a bar !!
