Orient Odyssey has a new fresh start since management/ownership has changed. No more Tommy Tan but he has movedback to his original Orient Bethpage. His customers valued his opinions which he was key in establishing clientele. He often helped suggest different entrees to many new people needing guidance in selecting tasty Chinese dishes. Over here in Orient Odyssey is now popular and packed on the weekends with their many delicious selections of dim sum. A true experience for any novice but for people in the know, no need to drive out as far as Little Neck or Flushing to get authentic dim sum. Yes of course you will pay a little more than Flushing but there's parking outside which is a plus compare to how hard it is to get parking in Flushing or Little Neck. From the many faces of happy patrons devouring yummy Chinese food, this restaurant is worth coming! Happy Eating and I'll see you around the tables when I get my crave for dim sum and don't want to drive so far! See you on the weekends for what I call Chinese Brunch:-)Delish!

This area of LI is barren of excellent Chinese food (need to drive a distance)....so we have tried smaller most take out type places. Stumbled upon Yims and was very pleasantly surprised. Very tasty/good quality/reasonable price. Will go back.
I've ordered from Panda a few times while staying at the Best Western in Woodbury. The delivery is always fast and the food is always piping hot and the flavors are very good. They use quality ingredients. I always ask for a lot of extra duck sauce and most places throw in 1 or 2 extra. Panda threw in a whole handful. Funny how something so small can mean so much. Sometimes I will stop in on my way back and the people are very friendly, get your order right.and keep a nice clean restaurant.
This is the priciest Chinese takeout place I have ever attended. It is a regular takeout restaurant. The employees are not very friendly. It is my only option for Chinese in the area when I am at work. They act like they know they are your only option. The food is no different than that of other Chinese takeout places.

What is it with Chinese restaurant owners? Do they not get that we're tired of mediocre? Tired of cold food and hard chow fun noodles and chewy meat and sickly sweet sauces!! Tired, tired and sick and tired!!! Why doesn't anyone serve Congee????You're hard pressed to find food like your grandma took you for (although Kwon Ming is still living in 1965 and it's still pretty darn good!) so don't mourn for the past. But nowadays I think people want more authentic than Americanized Chinese food, like the Orient in Hicksville serves.So....Here's my opinion.... Luna Garden...such nice people. and that's my review.

curious selection- includes many unfamiliar dishes so chose with an open mind. we tried a few things, can't say I would try them all again, but will say the ingredients were interesting and fresh.

Valet parking, beautifully appointed, eloquent dining experience. Fresh, Perfectly seasoned and clean food. The scallion beef was tender and amazing and the vegetable dishes were perfectly cooked and may be the best I've had. Slow paced... Not a fast meal... Well worth the wait. Extra points of you can figure out how to use the chop sticks. This place won't disappoint. Enjoy

We visited Golden Temple 2 for the first time. This is perhaps the Fourth Chinese Restaurant that has occupied this space in the past 15 years. Premises were chilly when we arrived. We were promised it would warm up which never happened. Chicken & Broccoli in a light sauce was excellent. The dish could have had more chicken and less broccoli. Wonton soup was above average. Decor is simple & some piped in music would certainly help the atmosphere.
