Our menu boasts traditional Vietnamese favorites, from fried to perfection egg rolls, traditional banh mi sandwiches, to our impeccable pho. We assure you there is something delicious for everyone.
Iâve been here twice. The first time I ordered the brisket pho, the second time the rare beef pho. Both use the beef broth and it is SO GOOD. The pho comes with sprouts, fresh mint, and jalapeños. You can add a soft-boiled egg if you like (I did!). Everything is fresh and fast. Next time Iâm going to try the chicken. They also have vegetarian broth. Really close to Dillon Rd. Hotels.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
The server and hostess were great. We didn't have to wait very long to be served our food. Everyone loved their food except the crab wontons, I wouldn't recommend trying them.

Out with friends, just wanted a nice dinner and time to talk. This is a large restaurant--plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a conversation without ambient noise. Good service, attentive to glass refills and advice on the menu. The menu is page after page of Chinese specialties plus a new section of Vietnamese dinners.I had a Thai chicken and shrimp with fresh ingredients, nicely spiced. Entrees are large. I believe we will eat a second meal from leftovers. Prices are moderate, mine was under $12 including rice. The entry wall has a huge 2-story Asian mural and the interior is well lit and open and pleasant to dine in. I'm just visiting the city and was well-satisfied with this Sunday night dining option.

We eat periodically at this Panda Express, as it is very close to Costco. At first, thefood was pretty decent for Chinese fast food. Lately it has gone downhill. The offerings seem to have less flavor. The rice & chow mein are often cold. There are never any mixed vegetables ready when we get there. In any case,if you want quick serve Chinese food at a reasonable price, give this Panda a chance. You have a 50-50 chance of getting lucky.

I love the name of this restaurant! My husband and I had occasion to visit Louisville recently, five times. We discovered this restaurant on our first visit, and found ourselves looking forward to lunch each time we returned. Twice we made double orders and brought one home. This is a quiet, simply, restaurant run by the owners and a small staff. Very friendly people, willing to talk and engage in conversation. The food is delicious. We are vegetarian and had the same meal each time, the vegetable with cashew and the vegetable with garlic sauce. Inexpensive, basic, good food and friendly atmosphere. Loved our visits. We will return.
