Really enjoyed this place and we will return for sure. Moo Goo Gai Pan and a vegetarian plate. Delicious food was delivered quickly and priced well for the lunch crowd. My only request for improvement is the addition of low-sodium Kikkoman soy sauce.
Did a take-out order while visiting family. Lady on phone was hard to understand but i seemed to get the order through. It was ready when I arrived. Lady who took order was very nice and appreciated generous tip. Food order was correct and was pretty good. It had a different flavor compared to other Chinese places I go to. It was a welcome change to Italian. There is some seating, Just basic table and chairs and parking is on the street.
They are a nice change of pace from the usual dinner options. The food is very good and reasonable. The general tso chicken, lo mein & wonton soup have the best flavor we have had at any chinese take out or sit down restaurant. They are very friendly and orders are prepared quickly. They offer good lunch specials.
This is one of the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT!! The lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional! I placed an order online on their nice looking website for delivery. I was told that it would arrive by 6:14 PM. Minutes later, they called and confirmed my order. Okay 6:14 PM(about one hour). After waiting for OVER 2 HOURS for our food, i called to cancel. The lady on the phone was so rude and argued with me that their website was not accurate and that it doesn't know how busy they are. Yeah right!! That's not what you said! There is never a single person in that place when we pass by. I was done and tried to keep my politeness. I told her to cancel it and I don't want it. Seconds later, the guy comes to the door. I didn't get it because I already cancelled it and didn't want it! NEVER AGAIN ! I will stick with Hunan's. WAY BETTER!

This Chinese restaurant offers a huge menu and does most dishes justice. Their shrimp egg rolls are beyond delicious and most appetizers and soups are average or better. They offer a sweeter version of general Tso's chicken and crab Rangoon. They use huge shrimp in all their dishes and everything is prepared to order.they do things as good as or slightly better than most Chinese restaurants. They do offer a dine in option or to go. They do not deliver.

Other than mixed vegetables perhaps, Hunan's menu offered no vegetarian options, but my wife and I decided to give it a try. Indeed, the manager/server said the she could prepare dishes with tofu. My wife opted for mixed vegetables w/tofu, and I asked for vegetable lo men w/tofu. The dishes arrived promptly and were quite good. We were charged $14.99 for each meal -- higher than most meat-based dishes on the menu. This is not a fancy restaurant, so the priced seemed a bit high; but to be fair, we did request dishes that do not appear on the regular menu. I recommend that the owner add these and perhaps additional vegetarian dishes to the printed menu. If ever I return to Steubenville, I would certainly be willing to dine again at Hunan.

5 hour drive two photo shoots and hours of edits and some of the best Chinese food ever. Searching for comfort food on the road is never easy. I just wish I had more time to go back and sample all they had to offer knowing they have a hibachi and a sushi bar. The editing went amazingly thank you for the amazing Lo mein, egg rolls and wonton soup xo
