I was craving sushi and a noodles and Hoya fit the bill. I ordered delivery (very easy process and I got 10% off with their current online ordering deal). I went with the chicken Udon noodles and two types of sushi. Delivery came in about 45 minutes as promised, and they called instead of ringing the doorbell which I appreciated as that totally sets my dog off. The Udon soup was interesting, I especially liked the fried egg on the top. I had never tried it before. Very tasty but I think I'm more of a fan of the thinner noodles and I like the extra veggies more cooked, these were almost raw. The crab sushi was amazing. So yummy and they put a beautiful flower in with it. The other sushi was also good - more of a basic hand roll than a unique flavor like the crab which was also fried. Their sushi list is huge so if you love sushi this will give you lots of choices. I found it hard to decide! Tasty food, prompt delivery and good prices. I'll definitely be getting take out from here again.

Mostly go there for take out. In the past their take out was great. Meaty chicken fingers, great crab rangoon, nice pork strips. However, their prices have been increasing and the size of their portions getting smaller. The chicken fingers are now mostly fried batter and their boneless pork strips are very thin and sort of tough. There are better oriental take out places around. It is sad to see something go down hill like this.

I visit out of asia often because it is on my drive home from work. I have never been unsatisfied with what I've ordered, although after eating it so often I do like to explore different options. The staff is so nice, they do more of a take our business than eat in so even if you are going to enjoy time with friends you are likely to get a good spot! Its conveniently located right off of rt 1 and has something for all different types of Asian cuisine. My Favorites: sesame chicken, pecan raviolis, lo mein, garlic noodlesTips: good for ordering out and picking up prepared pretty quickly. Although Kowloon is more popular and draws in a more entertaining crowd I personally like out of asia's food better and find it to be fresher. (however they are right down the street from one another so try both)!!

Have been curious driving by a number of times and finally tried it. Glad we did. Will be back for more. The cocktails have fun names and are great: I had Japanese Mule (made with Sake) and my partner had a black mojito. The hot/sour soup was unique but delicious. The Rosie Shrimp & Scallops (Jumbo shrimp & sea scallops sauteed with light vegetables with special garlic tamarind sauce) was phenomenal. (See Picture). Partner had the Pad Thai which was good but hot to rave about. Enjoyed the atmosphere and very attentive staff as well. Only came to $60 for both of us. With soup and cocktails plus entrees that's pretty darn good.

As a born and bred North Shore girl, I grew up loving Pu Pu Platters...there's nothing in the Mid-Atlantic quite like it. This time we were hungry and on the road, so we tried someplace new. What a wonderful surprise!I'm not a healthy freak, and I want food to taste GOOD...and Shoyu managed to create absolutely delicious food that I still felt great about eating when we were finished!I've never had fried rice with fresher veggies, and everything on the pupu platter was amazing. My teens were excited to return as well as my husband. Can't wait to visit again on our next trip north!

We have loved this restaurant and always look forward to the food, first off food was very good, however the service from our waiter was just down right not present, could not get his attention for items he forgot, after hailing another waiter he came over and just gave us an I forgot them and moved on, after waiting for the bill he packet our leftovers into one small box, sauces appetizers eat, all soggy when we returned home, I hope management sees this and corrects the staff, I really enjoy their food, I have never left a note on a receipt in all my years, this was the first time, stating impersonal service. Disappointed!
