The exterior of this true family restaurant belies the truly wonderful Asian cuisine on offer. The family are originally from Hong Kong and the focus of the menu available in French and English are Cantonese dishes.Mum seems to do all the hard impressive work in the kitchen, dad takes front of house and the charming son assists with service. All dishes we ordered were delightful and were consumed with gusto - most memorable were the craw-fish wontons, sui mai and surprisingly the pork in sweet and sour.Dinner for two including wine was less than â¬45. This place is a hidden local treasure and I hesitated writing this review for fear of over exposure however to be fair this family restaurant deserves the accolades.

A Chinese restaurant with some very interesting dishes. Sea food fresh and tasty (especially Cocquilles St.Jaques }and the hot platters are a welcome change from what we normally find in U.K. All the meals are made to order and although we had a long wait owing to a mix up in the kitchen were very good. The service was pleasant and the complimentary sake at the end of the meal much appreciated. We would certainly return.
Quelqu'un a vomi et est tombé dans les pommes ...c'est dire la qualité c'est un des pires buffets où J ai mangé et pourtant le plus cher !
We stayed at Kyriad Saint-Witz for three nights. On the last night we went to Phoenix Restaurant, a fixed price buffet for starters, mains and desserts all included. Didn't look very exciting from the outside but we decided to give it a try. The buffet was extensive and very good quality. Lots of starters, salad, prawns, etc. Then main courses including Chinese, Japanese, pizza, chips, everything and a stir fry section where you put together the ingredients you want and they cook it for you at the counter. There was plenty of variety for the kids (9 and 7). Then desserts including fresh fruit, mousses, ice cream (help yourself as many times as you want). Good food and good value. Wish we'd gone there the first night of our stay.

Second visit here. It advertises as a buffet restaurant but is much better than that. Staff take your order and bring it to your table. The food is, therefore, freshly cooked and hot.It is not necessary to order all at the same time. Good for sharing. On the downside, the sushi etc may have been standing for a while but was totally acceptable.
