This restaurant serves Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Indian food--an interesting menu. There is on-street parking, but this may involve a walk as there are other restaurants in the area. The decor is quite nice--modern, not elaborate. The service was very pleasant, but (even though the restaurant was not crowded) it took a long time to get our luncheon entree. The food was OK, but there are several restaurants in the area that offer better versions from each cuisine. Prices were moderate.
We ordered the steam bun - six to each order, fried dumplings, wontons and dan dan noodles. They are all very good. The place is newly decorated with see thru kitchen and nice seating arrangements. The place is a little hard to find. It is almost under the railroad underpass. It is worth the effort to find it. Enjoy!!

Premier Chinese restaurant serving Princeton
Iâm from the area, but now live in the Midwest. Tiger Noodles is still my favorite Chinese spot in Princeton 20 years later. Everything is good here and the staff is kind. My kids also love eating here (which is a bonus). I bring a bottle of wine from the wine shop and have a great meal and a laugh with my family every November. I hope this place stays around forever.

I have had dinner at this restaurant twice. It is a good place for decent Chinese food. The fish melange is full of all kinds of seafood and is satisfying. The Peking duck was a little dry. Other dishes were competently prepared. It is a good place to go with friends. I would return.

My wife and I decided to have lunch at Roots on a Saturday afternoon. I regularly walk by Roots when picking up my dry cleaning in this strip mall. My only regret is that I waited so long to visit this restaurant! For lunch, orders are placed at the front counter where a menu board lists the items. Even though it was a warm day, I love soup and decided to try the Pho Chay. This vegetable pho was delicious and included a separate plate of all of the fresh items that are added to pho--jalapenos, basils, sprouts and chili sauce. This was a very good bowl of pho with a broth that was flavorful and served piping hot. I also had a side of the vegetable Thai spring rolls. They were also very good with accompanying sauces. These spring rolls are small and served in portions of 2 or 6. Though small, they had lots of flavor without being greasy. I ordered the fresh brewed iced tea to wash it all down and was impressed at how good the tea was. It was a nice blend of organic teas that was unsweetened which allowed for the flavors to really stand on their own. My wife also ordered the strawberry crepe, which looked delicious! This was my first visit to Roots, but will certainly not be my last!

I went to lunch here with a friend. This is a restaurant that has a long history in the area. It serves pretty standard, run of the mill Chinese food. The majority of the customers appear to be well heeled, older, regular customer folks who byob.Service is very perfunctory.

They use MSG but are happy not to if you ask. They were very accommodating and made me something not on the menu. My husband said his food was the best Chinese he has ever had. Don't let the strip mall location keep you from trying it.

I took a business colleague to the Asian Bistro earlier this week. The Bistro is located in Princeton, just next to the main Princeton train station. There are two floors to the restaurant, the top area offering pick-up style service, the downstairs full service. The restaurant offers Japanese, Korean and Chinese dishes. The Korean offerings are excellent and highly recommended. They do not have a liquor license so bring your own beer or wine. Prices are very reasonable.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
PF Changs publicizes delivery. You go online, place your order thinking it's PF Changs and later find out it's being redirected to a 3rd party. You call to make modifications and the restaurant hangs up - literally 7 times. You ask to speak with a manager - the manager never picks up. If they aren't ready for online or call-in orders - don't publicize it. They suggest you call in to make modifications and never answer. When they did answer, they were extremely rude. Why the attitude? People are just doing what they think they can to place an order. Very bad taste in my mouth. If the food wasn't good - I would have cancelled based on this behavior. Just so poor that no one cares!

This place has ok food but they stilll cant get it straight on their marketing promotions. 1/2 off Mondays require $5 beverage purchase. Ok , seems fare but when I tried to use the promo, ( offering to pay the $5 for a soda) I am still charged $17 for the entree. Brought up to the waitress her reply is, oh, ok I'll give you $8 back from my tip money? Huh? Just refund to my CC but she offers that only "the boss" knows how to do this. The place is just poorly run and training is not a high priority. The food is good or I never would have gone through this twice. It's good not great. Overpriced to allow 50% discount promos with "conditions".
