The service is always courteous and helpful; the establishment is consistently clean and the food is so fresh! It's not loaded with oil and salt like many of the other Asian restaurants do. The flavors are robust and everything is cooked correctly. I am a vegetarian and they have always made my food to reflect that. I have been here six times over the past few months, having lunch and dinner and it is now my only go-to Asian restaurant. I don't know the name of the young lady that works the front register, but she is wonderful and a kind soul.
We do take out on a regular basis. Meals are prepared quickly and tastefully. Great value for your money. In fact portions are huge. Only problem I have is that the seasoning is not consistent. For me that is a problem because I do not like really spicy and communication is a problem when ordering.

We've been looking ofr decent Chinese food for years. Pittsfield doesn't have a big selection! China Wok is located in a strip mall almost invisible from the street. We just happened to be nearby at lunch time and decided to give this place a try. Be forewarned, this is NOT a place for a sit down meal. The small space does have two tables and some chairs. It is not an inviting space with lots of supplies stacked around. The menu is extensive and prices unbeatable. We ordered combination plates and took them home to eat. You won't want to eat in, it is noisy and customers coming to pick up food are a constant distraction. The counter area is clean but really run down. The food was amazing. I had a shrimp and seafood combo with fried rice. The main dish had a half dozen shrimp, some bay scallops, and that pollock that masquerades as crabmeat with broccoli, peppers, bok choy, carrots, and baby corn. There was enough for lunch AND leftovers for lunch the following day. The price was about $8. Herself had egg foo young with the same fried rice. It was another large serving. I sampled it and found it better than I have had in years. The total cost for both meals including tax was just about $15.00. We'll be back!

We were staying in Pittsfield and ordered two meals on line. You have to register but it was a fairly straightforward process. The delivery was charged two dollars extra which I thought was OK. The food was delivered to our motel room in less time than it quoted on the web site. The food was very good.
