I visited once and the experience was terrible. The food quality was not as expected. The ambiance was a bit too much to handle with poor color combinations and poor sitting.

Conveniently located in the centre of Peshawar's Hayatabad neighbourhood, the restaurant offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, good service, and good food at affordable prices. The decor is very nice, and traditional Pashto music is played on the audio system. The menu includes Pakistani and Afghan dishes, as well as a couple of Chinese ones. Prawn with lime is my favourite, while I would not go for the Chinese dishes. Prices are low, with mains ranging from 100 to 200 PKR.It should be noted that the owner being rather conservative, couples of one man and one woman (even married) are not allowed, as this may encourage a 'flirting' environment. There are two sections: one downstairs for men, and one upstairs for mixed groups (families, friends, etc). Couples are not allowed downstairs as that is only for men, and they are not allowed upstairs either. The problem does not however arise if the couple is part of a group, e.g. with their children, family, friends, etc. The problem also does not arise for gay and lesbian couples.Also, the owner will not tolerate expats trying to discreetly drink alcohol, and any such attempt will likely lead to the owner pushing for prosecution.

located on Shami road, near garrison park Peshawar, the Green Olive's restaurant offers special cuisines of every kind . its specialty dishes are prawns, mutton steam, lamb leg , takatak, desi chicken karahi, , mutton cutlets and chops, lahori fish , handi, , biryani and garlic naans. the prices are reasonable but the amiance and hygiene is average.

I must say that this is the best Chinese restaurant in the city. Their variety, taste, ambiance and service - everything is great and worth it. Iâd recommend this restaurant for private dinners, business meetings or even bigger scale parties. Their starters and main course, both, are really delicious and the exotic drinks are a level apart. Recommended for families and friendsâ gatherings.

Located on a secured place on Mall Road the Restaurant is famous for its Soups during the winters especially 19-B and Chinese Special Soup. The seating Capacity and the Interiors of the restaurant is not very impressive and hasn't been renovated since its inception in 1987. The Restaurant has opened a new branch on Main University Road which is also very Noisy and crowded

During my stay at Pearl Continental Hotel Peshawar, I choose Taipan for the dinner with family. The restaurant is located at ground floor level. I choose à la carte for ordering the food. My overall experience was pretty good. Their service and food quality was well maintained. I like their chicken corn soup along sweat and sour and Chicken Chow Mein. The taste was really good and recommended for visit.
