A lot of food choices, Sushi was minimal, Hibachi Grill had fair amount of choices. One bad thing, and you find this quite often in these restaurants, owners children were playing close by, even with a VOLLEYBALL-Bouncing and throwing in the air. I thought that was a bit much! On my way out they were playing with the ball outside and ran right out in front of a car when they missed the ball with no regard to anyone but themselves.
New China is small, there is usually the owner's children hanging around, and it's not much to look at, but the food is very good, inexpensive, and there's lot of it. I stop there for take out quite often.

Be very aware that Mandarin House comes with a pedigreed past. It is now but a shell of its former self. You may experience cold food, sour soup that's sour for the wrong reasons, and just in general, poor quality, right down to the service. When Mandarin House is 'hot', its 'hot' but those times are few and far between these days. Take a chance if you dare!

Stopped here on a rainy day to check out the supermarket and adjoining restaurant. All six of us enjoyed our lunch specials. The hot and sour soup was tasty, but could have been a bit warmer. The spring rolls were crispy and our entrees all came out piping hot. I thoroughly enjoyed my ma po tofu, very spicy and flavorful. The rest of the table enjoyed shrimp and broccoli, sesame chicken, Mongolian chicken, chicken in garlic sauce and shredded pork with dried tofu and boba tea. We plan to come back for dinner at some point.

This is tucked away at Tiger Town but we have never been disappointed in the food, which is hot and delicious. I recommend the Sesame chicken and honey chicken.

We spoke with the reception/cashier woman about what to have as my wife is particular about certain elements of Chinese food. She said she would only have the vegetables we wanted and none of the vegetables we didn't like put into our meal. Either she misunderstood or the kitchen messed up as one vegetable she hates was present in large quantities. The sauce was boring. Thank goodness they included soy sauce. The eggrolls were okay, not great, but not bad. It might have been better if we ate there. It is not a typical Chinese restaurant. The koi pond with turtles was almost empty the day we visited.
