It is absolutely one of the worst restaurants we have ever been to.The sushi was awfull. The service was not existing and we waited about 40 minutes to get our sushi. The children where looking foreward to the chocolate fountain. But when we got to dessert they where out of fruit and marsmallows!!!

Had a family meal here, and really enjoyed the food. We ordered several dishes to share, and all of them were very good. Particularly enjoyed the crispy aromatic duck, although hard to pick a favourite course when everything that we ordered tasted so good. It was quiet when we arrived, and the staff were friendly and made a nice fuss of our six year old son. Drinks menu included soft drinks, wine and draft beer. Will definitely make a return visit.

Been coming here for years (see previous review) this visit the food was lukewarm, person cooking the wok constantly on his phone, surely that is hygiene issues. He managed to utter one word to me 'salsa' once cooked he slammed the plate down without any communication to me. 2 young lads were working there that I have not seen before, very surly, one at one point seemed to be doing his exercises up the wall!!! one of them was playing with the food, I thought he was re-arranging but no he was picking what appeared to be spring rolls up and dropping them again I watched for ages while i was waiting for my wok to be cooked. one more visit like this and it will be our last

We really enjoyed our visit to Yamasaki in El Vergel, although we were pleased that we went with friends who knew the system, as to the uninitiated it is a touch complicated. You get five opportunities, i.e, five rounds of food between you from a large menu of Japanese and Chinese cuisine. And you mark your choices on the paper they give you. Itâs good to have one person co-ordinate for the others (thanks Jim). Think that most of us made it to round three, with the hardiest soul going one further, plus dessert. The house wine is both reasonably priced and decent enough. The staff were friendly, and there was a nice atmosphere. As a vegetarian I had plenty of options to eat too which is always a lovely surprise. Priced reasonably, decent food and friendly staff with car parking close at hand, and an after dinner drink, what more could you want?! We will certainly return !!
