We had a hard time finding this restaurant, as we couldn't find "Viet Trung" on the shop banner! I don't remember what the current Eng name of this restaurant is, but the locals confirmed us the address is where "Viet-Trung" located. Menu is 90% Chinese food instead of Vietnamese food. I was really doubtful before getting in, but we tried anyways with the reviews we read on T.A. I don't judge the one Chinese dish that we ordered. But even the beef pho was not good (very small portion, with tiny few slices of chewy beef). We also ordered a platter that comes with some chicken and fried rice, and that one was ok, nothing too crazy about it. Yes, they have a rooftop. Not a fancy one, don't expect too much. Anyways, not recommended.
