They do "spicy" right! I always order the same thing and it's delicious every time. Soft Wonton in Pepper Oil and Kung Pao Beef No Peanuts. The staff is always friendly and before I found my favorite dish they didn't mind answering all my picky eater "what's in it" questions. Looking forward to my next visit!
This family restaurant has been there forever. The food was good, service was friendly. I'm sad to say that they have been closed for a while now. I miss them... My condolences to the family on the passing of your mother. May God bless and keep you all.

Try to go on a day when they have sea bass (Friday). It is quite good. The pork hash is also good. We have not been disappointed in any of the food here.

I've passed by this restaurant many times and never thought to try it until and friend and I were looking for someplace we hadn't tried in Mililani. The place is fairly nice, looks clean and the people are actually friendly unlike other Chinese restaurants where the people are generally a bit gruff. We both ordered the Ramen & mochiko chicken (weird cause that's Japanese), they gave each of us a plate of gyoza as well. The ramen was good but nothing earth shattering, the mochiko chicken was really good as well as the gyoza! We also picked up a couple of custard tarts and enjoyed it as well. Overall we had a really nice late lunch and will be coming back!
Checked this place out for lunch today based on some people saying it was "American" style. I find it very hard to get true American style general tsao's here so I gave it a whirl. When I got there General Tsao's was not on menu but they had some other meal with general at the begining of it. I asked the waitress if it was there version of General Tsao's she said yest it is kind of spicy and sweet. Sounded about right so I went with it. A few minutes later a plate showed up loaded with mushrooms, red peppers, onions, and some other unknown veggie that looked like a dogs gum line without the teeth. As for the chicken it wasn't breaded and disnt really have a chicken texture in my opinion. There also wasnt a whole lot of chicken to be found in the dish. It tasted good but it definitely wasnt the General Tsao's I am still searching for.

This is by far the worst Panda Express on the island; we've frequented this location for many times now and it's been steadily going down hill at a rapid pace. Portions are getting smaller and smaller and the so-called Walnut Shrimp (an extra $1.50 for this side) has absolutely NO walnuts. The food is not flavored right either, it's as if they are even skimping on the sauce, for heaven's sake!! I normally do not add salt to my food but have to do when I used to come to this location; no flavor. I feel this is becoming a standard trend among all the Panda franchises on the island - skimping on sauce to save money, which is a big mistake, because the sauces are what define Panda restaurants; without the sauces, it's just another Chinese stir-fry - and at the rate this Panda is going (and others too) it may be better to start patronizing the mom-and-pop Chinese restaurants than to subject oneself to this Chinese fast food chain.
