Regal is those quaint little joints that you will fail to notice if you are not looking for it.Very close/nearby to the lane leading to Gold Cinemas. They offer variety of food options at reasonable price. The portions are huge and food is tasty. They offer local khasi food, south Indian and north Indian.Definitely a must visit if one is in Shillong
