Visited for yum cha today. Nicely decorated restaurant - which looks fastidiously clean & detailed. Tables are elegantly positioned and dressed. We shared a great variety of dishes including spicy jellyfish salad, vegetable rolls, pork buns, sticky rice and omelette. The Jasmine tea was excellent - and I noticed there were several other interesting teas on offer, including chrysanthemum. The waitress was very accommodating and assisted us with our peanut allergy enquiry. Delightful morning at Dainty. Great value at $81 for a family of five.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal at Youjing. We had tasty Peking Duck pancakes, then the most stunning âhot rockâ soups! Beautiful clean flavours with the perfect amount of spice. The young lady serving us was helpful and efficient, laughed at our jokes and provided excellent attention. Thank you.

Firrst chinese cafe in launceston..Wonderful food including coffee, bubble tea, sandwhiches, fish&chips, and large selections of chinese food.. With lowest price in town
We were really happy to find this restaurant after reading some reviews from Zomato site. We came from Melbourne ( a city with so so many Asian Restaurants ) - Chi Chi met all our needs. We ordered Spring Rolls, Sweet & Sour pork, Pork Ribs with Peking sauce, Home cooked Tofu, Eggplant dish, Seafood Hokkien mee & plain white rice. All these dishes were flavourful, not too oily or too salty! So yummy. Desserts we ordered 2 fried bananas with ice cream and the best dessert is the Red Bean Pancake with ice cream. All these for $118! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Have never ordered take away food from Dynasty before but didn't fancy getting ready for a full sit down meal so decided on take away.service was extremely quick a lot of people getting take aways on a sunday night so very popular. Ordered the duck spring rolls beautiful combination with vegetables and combination seafood chow mein.I was extremely please with the variety of fresh vegetables in both dishes the meat content was extremely good value the seafood nice and fresh. All dishes were tasty without the aftertaste of oil or flavour enhancers.25 minute wait for take away so used the facilities and sat at bar and ordered a couple of drinks couldn't fault the service.

WANG's Restaurant is a Chinese Restaurant located at 75 George Street Launceston. The restaurant is an inspiring one, combining a warm atmosphere with excellent and innovative modern Chinese cuisine. We will provide a great food selection with efficient a
My wife and I had an unexpected night without kids so we decided we would go out for a meal. We walked around for a while but nothing really appealed. Until we saw Wang's Restaurant. Not having had Chinese for a while we decided to try Wang's. We were so pleased we did.Service was quick and food was on our table a lot faster than we were expecting. The restaurant was full, but it was crowded. The food was excellent - sweet and sour pork and satay beef. Very nice!!The decor is basic but functional. The only downside for us was when we had finished our mains I wanted (and had time for) dessert. Could not see any serving staff about. In the end had to leave without dessert.

Saturday night dinner at Me Wah and it lived up to the hype. This is everything you want in a high end Chinese restaurant. Great menu, expansive wine list with some really good options (Rockford Basket Press Shiraz) and fabulous service/.Everything we ate was amazing - especially the Peking duck & the beef with mustard. I don't eat pork and staff were very accommodating to adapt rice. Coming from Sydney found the pricing very reasonable given the quality.Highly recommended.
