Things to do in Khajuraho
We visited this restaurant for breakfast. We ordered Sandwich, Poha and Aloo paratha (all traditional Indian dishes). It took a long time to get the food on table. Also, the prices were a little high. the taste was not so good. Overall, it is an average restaurant.
We stayed at hotel Casa De William, in which this restaurant is situated. We had both the lunch and dinner on the day we arrived at this restaurant. We ordered chicken biryani for lunch along with chicken masala, upon their recommendation. The biryani was served in 2 plates for 7 people!!We had ordered 7 plates but no way they were more than 5 plates. The rice was sticky and overboiled, full of bay leaves and whole black pepper and tasted like anything but biryani. The chicken dish was a boat full of tasteless gravy, with two pieces of chicken. All of us were half hungry and thoroughly unsatisfied after the meal. After complaining about the food, they requested us to give them another chance at dinner, and it being too cold to go out after the light and sound show, we did.We ordered veg this time. the chapatis were ok.The Malai kofta had no malai/cream/butter inthe gravy, nor any trace of cottage cheese/paneer in the kofta. It was two hard and tasteless balls of potato in a tasteless salty gravy. The aloo jeera was overcooked to almost a paste. They ruined both our meals.Perhaps the cook was not there, but then, they should have informed us that instead of serving fodder.

The next time you are in Khajuraho (M.P) try an exclusive cafe called Vayu's Cafe.Famous for its mouth watering veg food and freshly brewed coffee.
The food is so delicious and such a reasonable price. I went for dinner last night and shared a few menu items with my partner. Everything was so tasty. The food is super fresh!! It takes about 15 minutes per dish but everything is made fresh, from scratch and well worth the wait. The best dosas I've had in my whole month here in India. The food was so good I even went back for breakfast and lunch today. Love this place! Run by such a beautiful and welcoming family. I highly recommend trying it out.Thankyou for your feedback :)

We will provide you best food within the heart of city
An indian guy that i met at the hostel brought me here saying "here's where indians come". I didnt expect that much as i am no big fan of Indian food. Was omlet and pratha with masala tea that i had. Had been traveling for a week, i was quite fed with indian dishes at that point. Whats the next story? Im here again writing down this review after Biryani! Food are great, of course, friendly owner plus fare price. To sum up, there's nothing i can complain!!! Im a big complainer and it means a lot to me!!!
