It is, if you are interested in a restaurant with a wide ranging-menu that offers traditional Chinese dishes as well as "standards" by American tastes. Big round tables invite family gatherings and festive events. Service is very fast and efficient.

This place is not a secret. Get there early as the wait can be over an hour. That said, it is still an amazing place to dine. Casual, family friendly environment. Waitstaff is plentiful and superb. A few must order items include cucumber salad appetizer, Kurobuta Pork Soup dumplings, Shrimp and Kurobuta Pork dumplings and Chicken Wontons in Spivey Sauce (favorite item). If you get there early on the weekend you can order the Small dumplings with soup but they only make 20 orders per day. If you have room for desert you must order the the Chocolate and Mochi dumplings. They make these to order and take approximately 20 min so put your order in while you are thoroughly enjoying your meal.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
This is probably one of my favorite Chinese food establishments...However, the prices continue to go up & the portions get smaller. It is one of the ONLY Chinese food places you will probably go & not have leftovers!! Several people I know, no longer go there because they feel it's expensive for what you get. I'd probably go there more often if this weren't the case!

We had just moved to Irvine from Huntington Beach and fancied a good Chinese meal. We particularly like Singapore Noodles (curry flavored) and Capital Seafood had them on the menu.We arrived a little early for our reservation, and were taken to a very comfortable booth. The room is large, but very tastefully decorated. Service was way above normal - constant attention without being oppressive from several members of the staff. There is an excellent, comprehensive but very easy to read menu, with a wide variety of excellent and tempting dishes. Our food was nicely presented and good. We have had better Singapore noodles but their's were good. Pricing was fair value - we had a great dinner and will return.
