Things to do in Hampi
We went to waves. Itâs a bar/pub but dance floor. The seating arrangement is nice with couple of LCD/LED TVs where sports channels are shown. The drinks prices are very nominal; though not all the liquor types were available still they have good options. Food taste is good. Pizza was OK OK kind, not like Dominos or Pizza hut. We enjoyed two evenings here; one of those was a birthday eve.
Did not want to eat the buffet at clarks inn in hampi so walked to this rest next doorFood was excellent. Multi etnic cusine Prices so lowSeemed very freshWill go back for breakfsst

Please do not visit this restaurant if you really want to have a great time. Food is good and reasonable too but the staff and specially the person taking orders is really rude. Having a great ambience doesn't mean that the service will be good and that you can experience here. Instead visit Blue Mist restaurant in mallige hotel to have good food and excellent hospitality.
Stay chill hampi is a guest house & restaurant
We really enjoyed our stay here! The eating/chilling area is a great space. The food is delicious. We ate really well!!Nikhal and his staff were really lovely and clearly very enthusiastic about this new hostel. Nikhal helped us arrange our train to our next destination, booked tuk tuks for us, organised bike hire for us and made our stay really enjoyable. The room was basic but had everything we needed. It was clean and very spacious. Great value.
This was unfortunately the worst meal we had in four nights in Hampi and quite possibly in two months in India. It was also one of our most expensive meals which was quite sad.We had malai kofta and aloo gobi and both were very poor. Good chapati and cold beer though! We came for a free movie night and enjoyed the chill seating area and good sound system.Lots of folks were eating so maybe it was just what we ordered, but I'd avoid what I mentioned above.

we at Naivedyam serve pure veg food , redefined.
Hospet, transit point for Hampi - was a surprise in itself. When we got down at the small sleepy railway station didn't realize that it was a vibrant town (city?). All branded shops and good roads welcomes us.The Veg only Naivedyam has wonderful south Indian food. Enjoyed the variety and cleanliness. Felt like being in Bangalore !May it part of your travel plan to Hampi !Dear GuestGreetings from NAIVEDYAM!!!!Thank you so much for taking your time for Rating & Reviewing us here on TripAdvisor HOSAPETE city was built in 1520 AD by "SHRI KRISHNA DEVA RAYA", one of the prominent rulers of VIJAYANAGARA. He built the city in honor of his mother NAAGALAAMBIKA. The city was originally named NAAGALAPURA; however, people referred to the city as HOSA PETE, which meant "NEW CITY". The area between HAMPI and HOSAPETE is still called Naagalapura. This was the main entrance to the city of Vijayanagara for travelers coming from the west coast for Trade & the History recalls the period as GOLDEN ERA. Vibrant's comes from here, the City is surrounded by the best of Branded shops with in walking distance.NAIVEDYAM is Pure Veg Restaurant, we serve food of all Cuisines but South Indian has been one of our forte, We would love to serve you again & again & again.......thanks to our staff who toil whole day to keep our Restaurant spotlessly clean & neat. If you're at Hampi, you must visit this place to try their Thali, Fish Masuli (Chef's Special), Spinach Mushroom soup, Pasta, and my personal favourite is their hashbrown cheese burritos. Hampi's Top Secret Restaurant is in middle of Hampi Bazaar. It's a Roof top restaurant where you will get lying beds and sitting table to relax and enjoying the delicious food and drinks with lovely music.
Top Secret is a great new Hampi restaurant tucked into a beautiful and relaxed corner near to the river. The food is delicious, much less oily than many other local restaurants and reasonably priced, but my favorite part of this restaurant is the guys that run it. They are all young and friendly and make an effort to know your name and will help you with whatever you need. As a solo female traveler it is great to have a location where you feel comfortable and safe. I have spent a lot of time in Hampi and am always needing places with WiFi to sit and work and Top Secret is my favorite. Sometimes the WiFi can be spotty but that's true for all locations in the area. The open air is beautiful and the space has lots of comfortable seating and fans, etc. They also run an attached guesthouse (Vicky's Guesthouse) that I have not stayed in but is an affordable option for housing on this side of the river.
