It is the smaller of the two principal cities of the Elkhart-Goshen Metropolitan Statistical Area, which in turn is part of the South Bend-Elkhart-Mishawaka Combined Statistical Area. It is located in the northern part of Indiana near the Michigan border, in a region known as Michiana. Goshen is located 10 miles southeast of Elkhart, 25 miles southeast of South Bend, 120 miles east of Chicago, and 150 miles north of Indianapolis. The population was 31,719 at the 2010 census. The city is known as a center of manufacturing for recreational vehicles and accessories, the home of Goshen College, a small Mennonite liberal arts college, and home to the Elkhart County 4-H Fair, one of the largest county fairs in the United States.

With nothing attractive about the exterior I was surprised when I got inside and saw the light atmosphere. The place was very clean, including the rest rooms. Being seated was an interesting experience noting the lackadaisical attitude of the young man who seated us. You have a choice of menu or buffet dining. We chose the buffet which was a good value for a Sunday lunch. Service was sporadic, but adequate with several wait persons attending our table. The buffet itself was small but the food was tasty. With the buffet being so small the pans were often empty but quickly refilled as they were noticed. Don't hesitate to try it if you like Chinese. The price is right, it's clean, and you can get along with the service.

It is a clean bright bountiful buffet with Chinese and American food. There is a Sushi Bar and there may be a Hibachi Grill there also. I didn't investigate it. The service was excellent, the rest room was clean, the environment was pleasant. What else would you want? I think the value for the price was very good. Give it a try.

We chose Sunday noon to go to the buffet. This may be one of the busiest times, but everyone was accommodated well. It is a large space. The buffet itself is large and has hundreds of items of all types including American food. The service was good and the price was fair for what you could eat. Keep in mind it is not a gourmet restaurant. It was a little tacky in places, such as the corners and baseboards were noticeably dirty. The tables have some build up on them and there was debris here and there. Keep in mind this was a busy time but no excuses for uncleanliness. The rest room was clean.
