Lured by fantastic reviews, we went to this self service restaurant with big expectations.The acceptable dishes were the miso soup, the rice noodles and the mushrooms. I tried a few other dishes but had to give up since they were cold and covered with too oily sauces. Was it just that they have had a bad day?The desserts were good, also the ice cream.I must also point out the friendliness of the crew.

They have my absolute favorite dish (Pad See Yew) in town, and my teen daughters LOVE their sushi. But we rarely get take out or go there because they don't have enough front-of-house staff. Multiple times there were only two people who were doing ALL of the following: rolling sushi, waiting tables, handling cash register for BOTH dine-in and take-out. We have gone to pick up our order and waited 30 minutes to PAY. More recently, they had an additional waitress, but we generally try to go at off times or when we have plenty of time to wait. It's a shame, because they have really great food, and a fun atmosphere ... they just need more staff.

This place is exquisite! Lovely atmosphere, wonderful food, and now the best sushi in Scottsbluff! This place can get very busy, so expect to have some wait time...but its worth it! The sushi is highly recommended as well as the Singapore noodles, Moo Goo Gai Pan, chow mien, and many others. A local favorite you wont be disappointed!

I eat at Rosie's 2 - 3 times a month. The staff know me as soon as I walk in, and know what I usually order. I have even ordered and paid while on my phone with nothing more than a nod of my head and cash. Food is good, not great. It is a great value. Food is prepared where you can watch if you want and is done quickly.

This is THE best sesame chicken I have ever eaten! The egg drop soup and hot and sour soup are also very good. The other buffet items are good, but about the same as other restaurants in the area. Sweet and sour sauce....uggghh.

This is a great addition to the restaurant selection in Scottsbluff/Terrytown/Getting. Very reasonable prices (for a buffet), good food (what you'd expect... plus a little more... minus sesame chicken). We went on a Sunday evening, and the food was all fresh and delicious. The peanut butter chicken is AMAZING (never had it before and it's now a new favorite). Bacon wrapped shrimp, spicy crawfish, stuffed mushrooms caps... and SHUSHI! This place is sure to be a family favorite, and we will return... again and again!
