P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
If you've eaten at one P.F. Chang's, then you will find this restaurant fits in perfectly with the chain's mould. Be warned that service at lunch can be a little slow at this American-Chinese restaurant. If you're looking for authentic Chinese, this is not the place for you. The green bean appetizer is very popular but tends to be a little greasy, which you should expect that from deep fried food.
I've frequented this place a few times. I like that they have pictures in the menu because I don't read Chinese. This place is very good in that the prices are inexpensive, the food is very good with decent to large portions, and the food comes out very quickly.

This restaurant moved from Newark to this new location. If you arrive anytime after 7pm, requires a wait regardless the size of your group. This is a typical chinese restaurant. The smell/odour and the food taste gives a feeling that you are eating real good chinese food. The food that is cooked and prepared by chinese cook. This is unlike other chinese restaurants managed by other than chinese. The restaurant is spacious and with good ambience.I was not impressed with my first visit to this restaurant a year back. But there was improvement in all respects .This may be because of our visit this time was on a working day. There were not many in the restaurant. The waiters/waitress are immediately available. We were not made to wait for a long time.Very faster this time.Fried Rice is really good and recommended. This is little more than the mid range price category. The quantity of each of the food item served is relatively big enough to share with.Nice place to eat and dine.

I am a frequent customer here because I like the taste of the food very much. The food served is the authentic Cantonese cuisine, which uses the fresh ingredients to bring out the original tastes of the food and which cares the balance among taste, nutrition and wellbeing for the body.I ordered two simple dishes- chicken stewed with Chinese herbs(ææ·®é»æ¯é¸¡ï¼and mushrooms stuffed with shrimp. With this chicken dish, no soup dish should be ordered, as it comes with the Yummy chicken soup. Even you are not familiar with the Chinese herbs, you don't need to worry about this dish, as no weird smell of the herbs. Basically the herbs used are ginger and Chinese dates. The mushrooms stuffed with shrimp is also tasty. The mushrooms are juicy, soaked with the fresh taste of shrimps. The shrimp stuffing is fresh and chewy. The chili is sure to delight taste buds.Dishes are made to order, and the dishes I ordered might take a little bit longer time than other dishes. It worths the wait. In addition, salted fried peanuts are served as snacks at no cost.My meal was wrapped with the traditional Cantonese sweat soup, which is light and refresh. The value is very competitive among the Chinese restaurants in Fremont. The restaurant might be noisy and busy but this sometimes is an indication of the popularity of a Chinese restaurant. The noisier the restaurant, the better authentic Chinese food. Most waiters here are helpful and have been around for quite some time. They also have a cute dog sitting at the reception area.

Judging other reviews I guess I should have ordered some noodle bowl or other. As it was I had an Asian friend coming for dinner and thought I'd surprise her arrival at the hotel with a "to go" appetizer: Egg Rolls and Fish Cakes. The service was excellent, welcoming, very helpful, and friendly. The numerous sauces were plentiful and excellent. However, I had high hopes for fresh ingredients in the egg rolls but what ever was in them was not discernable. They proved to be very heavy on the stomach. I'm a great fan of fish cakes but these, shaped like small pot stickers, were heavier then the egg rolls. My stomach would tolerate no further thoughts of a dinner meal. And so, we did not venture back as initially intended nor go anywhere for further eats.
The place was recommended by my brother, I was surprised the establishment was full packed we waited for almost an hour! But it's all worth it, my brother had the eat all you can while the rest if the family ordered from the menu, portion is huge for 1 person and you'll definitely go home full and contented! Service is awesome, Will go back again for sure!

I had heard about BK Bistro before but never tried them until now. For dinner on a weekday, there were only a few occupied tables, which was good for us. Entrees came out quickly and all of them were pretty good especially the tofu clay pot and the salt & pepper pork chop. For what they charged, portion size was also good. They also served dim sum, which we didn't try but the prices seemed kind of pricey. We'll need to try this out next time.

Din Ding Dumpling House is in a nondescript strip mall containing no major stores, thus a hidden gem. It's actually nicer inside than one would expect from looking at the exterior/surrounding area. They're known for their soup dumplings (aka XLB) and they do not disappoint. The dumplings are a decent size with a fair amount of soup and filling inside. Is the exterior nearly see-through? No, but it's thin and very fresh. I totally agree with the other reviewers that Din Ding Dumpling House is much better than Din Tai Fung (at Valley Fair). I have been to both quite recently and can attest to the fact that DDD's pork dumplings are larger and heartier than DTF's, taste as good, and are a MUCH better value. It's probably the high rent that needs to be paid at Valley Fair. Nonetheless, I won't be going back to DTF if I got to choose, and I'll definitely be returning to DDD whenever the mood strikes. It helps that I live in Fremont, but this place is worth traveling for (whereas DTF is not). The shrimp and pork pot stickers were excellent (thin, fresh dough and meaty interior). The sauteed string beans were also delicious! They're good at other places, but DDD's is not oily/greasy so there isn't a pool of oil at the bottom of the dish when you're done.Had some other items that were tasty and enjoyed myself so much at lunch that given my druthers, I'd return for dinner and try some of the other flavored soup dumplings and desserts!Service was speedy, but still quite friendly. I like that there's no dilly dally once your order is ready (thus some items come out sooner than others) so that when your dish reaches the table it's still piping hot. So take care not to burn yourself in your haste to consume the deliciousness!Bottom line: if you're in the mood for soup dumplings (or any dumplings), just go to Din Ding Dumpling House! You'll love it!

For the first time TripAdvisor has let me down. I donât know but perhaps the reviews were gamed or skewed. This place was very highly rated, but food, quality, ingredients, and taste was poor. We came in as a large group and ordered many items and no one was impressed nor happy with the flavor of the preparations here. Service was ok prices moderate. Would not eat here again.
