I had an amazing breakfast at Fusion... smashed avoc, feta on sourdough. I asked for ham to be added and it wasn't a problem at all. Friendly staff and excellent food. Thoroughly recommend.

Watched a movie then headed for the peters Chinese my hubby ordered sweet and sour fish , fried rice , and I ordered prawn cutlets and satay prawns waited at least 15 mins before anyone approached the table the restaurant is very basic with cheap table cloths the whole place looked dirty the staff were not very friendly. After we ordered we waited a good 30 mins again before the food arrived the whole lot was extremely unappetising the prawn cutlets were like cardboard and the fish was dark and still watery inside the whole meal was Discusting and very bland I would not go back and certainly not recommend this restaurant to any one plenty of nice places to eat in nelson bay ... do your self a favour and go elsewhere...

Noisy on a Saturday night Which was annoying but the food tasted fantastic. The restaurant was mainly men which was interesting. We enjoyed sizzling prawns and sizzling lamb.

This little family run Malay restaurant in a non descriptive suburban shopping strip at Nelsonâs Bay deserves 5 stars. Donât be put off by the location. The food was really delicious. Very authentic and fresh. Big servings to share. The stafff were lovely. Please try it if youâre staying in the area, itâs a refreshing change to all the mediocre seafood restaurants around.

On a recent holiday to Nelsons Bay we were looking for some takeaway on a Sunday evening. On the outside of the Salamander Bay Shopping Center we found MasterNoodle. We ordered a Garlic Chicken with Noodles and Oyster Chicken with Rice. At $10.80 each they were good value. They cook the meals fresh so in 10 minutes we had our meal. Took it back to our accommodation and found it hot, tasty and nice - what more do you want. Next time we are back we will eat here again.

If youâre not a local, be prepared to wait at least an hour for your food and willing to pay for things where locals are exempt. This was my experience. I was there with family and friends. We are out of towners on holiday. People who arrived 30-45 minutes after us got their food before us despite us ordering within 15 minutes of arrival. Management went as far as waiving the corkage fees for most others where as we were charged for every bottle. As it turned out, all of these people were locals. To be quite honest, the food isnât worth the wait. Iâve had better meals from the Asian section at Coles. I understand that you look after your locals to keep the business constant, but Iâm sure the âtouristâ dollar is also quite valuable. Disgusting that you charged us corkage fee and waived it for your friends. I expected to pay, but fair is fair. Most food is deep fried, oily and yuck. The only good dish was the fried rice. Had a meal at the nearby Bannisters the following night, this is highly recommended over this place.

Very slow service booking for 6pm now 7pm still no food and watched a few people walk out this will be my last visit. We sincerely apologise for your wait. Alot of the tables were not bookings and we thought we had more than enough staff on. I rushed my daughter in after a call for help and she was there withing 15 mins. All settled down afterwards. Unfortunate and unexpected. Staffing is usually more than enough for a Sunday night. We do pride ourselves on great customer service and hope you return.
