we recently stopped in for some takeout.the staff there were very rude and disrespectful to us.we are a interracial couple.they acted like they didnt want to serve us any food.they said it would take at least 15 minutes to prepare and there was no one in the restraunt.we said we would wait,they acted like they were mad at us because they had to cook our food.they were very rude, hatefull and racist.when the order was finally ready,they just said here is your order.no thank you or anything.so we just took our food and went home.when we got home to eat our food it was soaked in oil and tasted awfull.will never go back there again.dont waste your money there.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. First visit to this restaurant. Figuring out the menu was a little confusing at first, but the employees were all very friendly. The food was good, but you could tell it had been sitting for awhile. I would return cause it was still good.

I selected the China Wok randomly from the several food vendors in the NRV Mall food court. They had the typical selection of Chinese offerings displayed on a hot able behind glass. The ,enu offerings and prices are a little confusing. My wife and I each ordered a combo plate which included a meat, rice and egg roll for $7.95. The servings are large! Food was good.Ambiance: this is a food court located next to New River Community College classrooms in the mall. Very clean with attendants aggressively bussing the tables. Free wifi access compliments of WVCC! A man and woman were the only 2 persons seen operating the China Wok. The man was glued to his bluetooth equipped cellphone and didn't engage with customers. The lady didn't appear to speak much English but was very attentive and politeGood fast food at a reasonable price. Well be back on another shopping trip.

We decided to try Charlie's, despite bad reviews, since it's close to our house and delivers. BIG MISTAKE! Worst Chinese food I've ever had. The worst part is that the rice tasted very strongly of chemicals! I wouldn't call myself a picky eater but this wasn't even edible and went in the trash. What a waste of money...just praying I don't get sick now!!

There are a lot of Chinese restaurants in the region, but this one has higher quality food than most and is reasonably priced. Love the hot and sour soup.

The food was mediocre and the service was terrible. The restaurant was not crowded, but once we placed our order for appetizers our waiter never visited us again. We saw him walking around the seating area constantly talking on his mobile phone. We finally had to get up and ask someone else to take our main course order.
