I'd given up eating in Chinese restaurants in Bologna, after lots of dissapointments, so it was a real treat to turn up in the Pagoda last week and have a really tasty meal. We had some great duck (cantonese), and a really nice veal dish with leaks - plus all the usual standards (spring rolls, dumplings etc). Will definitely be returning.

We have hired bicycles to go 2,5 km away from the center of the city that we were staying, on purpose to have a dinner there due to the good critics at TripAdvisor... On Sunday evening at 20:00 it was closed without informing TripAdvisor or Google (both systems were informed it was open). Pay attention on their timeline if you are interested... We are mortified about this inconvenience. Generally we comunicate the period when we stay closed on Facebook. As a matter of fact we did.The problem with both google and tripadvisor is that we can change the timeline but not the period when we can stay closed so that both systems tells you we're open when we're not.Still, I would like to sincerely apologize for this incident. We hope you will be attending our restaurant as our guests in the future

Da fuori sembra solo un bar ma fa anche cucina cinese e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita. Involtini primavera davvero molto buoni, non indigesti, saporiti. Riso con curry e gamberi ben fatto, cosi come il pollo alle mandorle, che non aveva il solito gusto da glutammato ma era saporito e sapeva di pollo. Ravioli di gamberi buoni, e di solito in altri posti non mi piacciono invece.Il ragazzo che ha preso l'ordine è molto gentile. Tornerò presto!

They have many different options. My favourite is the Kaizen Noodles. Around 2pm, it gets a bit busy so if you reorder at that time, it takes longer than usual. I recommend to seat at an open space than in the green room, so the staff can notice you quicker. I recommend to arrive around 12 or 13. The staff can speak both Chinese and Italian. The kitchen sometimes is noisy with the Chinese chef singing... The overall experience is good.

It has only been recent that this restaurant started to serve Japanese food. Although none of the staff are from Macao, they certainly have mastered some of the Cantonese flavours. The Cantonese rice is just like back home, perhaps even better as they maintain the high-quality standards of Italian cuisine. The curry rice is definitely a Macanese dish, as no other area of Asia was so influenced by the Goans that traveled as slaves or lower military ranked soliders from Portuguese and British ships. The spices of this dish took me back to my childhood times in Macao. Their dumplings or "ravioli" fresh and delicate, just steamed right. The vegetables are just cooked, which is a rare thing in this part of Italy where most vegetables are overcooked. The staff is very friendly and are Italian-born Chinese. However, the service is slow so you have to show up early. By far the best Chinese food in Emilia-Romagna.

Extra nice location, brand new and welcoming environment. Gentle waiters and delicious menu (23⬠all you can eat dinner) make this place amazingly great to have sushi with friends or your family.
