It's among the most popular restaurants in Sydney for location, ample parking and food variety from dim sum to Cantonese dishes. The restaurant is not small but also not the most comfortable with narrow passage way in between tables. Service was average.What you get is wide choice of dishes and fast service even when it was crowded.There is a lift for wheelchair to reach the upper floor if lower floor is filled.

Went here hoping to have a nice night.But instead had horrible tasting expensive food,with a rude lady behind the counter who had zero customer service skills.Filthy tiny toilet area.One of the worst dining experiences I've had.Theres basically no parking and it's on a main busy road,we just happened to be walking past one evening and thought we would give them a try,we won't be making that mistake again.Avoid

Noodle Pot is located in the fast food section of Carlingford Court. They have a good selection of cook-to-order menu and fast food in the bain-marie. Personally, the quality of food is fairly hit-and-miss affair. The noodles (especially Pho soup) are good. You can buy a big bag of prawn chips with a gold coin. However the rice dishes are terrible-the rice is always cold. Why serve cold rice?? I donât understand. The woman serving at the counter is cantankerous and rude, never pleasant. A word of advise. Ditch the âpork chop with riceâ and only eat here if you find yourself desperate for a quick run-of-the mill tucker.

We chose this restaurant for a quiet birthday celebration, on the strength of recent reviews, but were disappointed. The ambience was nothing like the photos would suggest and the food was fairly bland. Due to seafood allergies, we chose the steamed chicken with vegetables, and the fillet steak Chinese style. The service was OK - though nothing special. Being a Monday night, our restaurant options for our local area were rather limited. Based on our experience and menu selections, reluctant to recommend for a fine dining experience or special occasion.

I have been eating here for years. Now do home delivery through Menulog for Empress of China.Food always very good, I have never been disappointed.I had visitors from Qld and we used home delivery and they were very impressed commenting on the not only the food but also the value.I have no hesitation to recommend this restaurant.

Small and old little Chinese restaurant offers one of the best Chinese cuisines around the area. Not only they offer quality dishes from brunch to dinner (i.e congee to main courses at night), they also offer some creation dishes such as Creamy French Crab which has made quite a reputation of themselves. The Western creamy white sauce goes very well with the Chinese fried dough! trust me! give it a go! There's a reason why they;re always busy even on an ordinary Wednesday night! :P

I've been coming here for years, like a lot of customers. The asian food shops in the heart of Eastwood are too "genuine" for my taste - these people serve a slightly Australianised version of Chinese food. The fact that they're always so busy speaks volumes! Family-run, friendly service, quickly served food which is hot and well cooked makes this a very popular place for so many people. They do offer a dine-in option, but I usually go and collect a takeaway.

Really well priced vegetarian yum cha - ordered 7 dishes and tea for only $38. Yum cha is only served at lunch time and the dinner menu is a bit more expensive so I recommend going for lunch
