We had lunch here when shopping at the outlet mall. The food was average for a Panda Express and the portions were on the small size. They did not have any steamed rice ready which was disappointing.

Panda express is never a bad bet but I never expect it to be great either. However, we tried the orange chicken here and it was actually good! The rice was great and so was the noodles.

Wings Garden Cafe has the best egg foo young anywhere! Their house chow mein and chicken almond are also delicious. The wait staff are the nicest. They treat you like family. The restaurant itself is like an old coffee shop in need of remodeling but it's comfortable.
