I always go with a double order of their orange chicken because it's so darn tasty, it's addictive! Besides that, they have a good variety ready of other entrees for dine-in or carry out. Inside is always kept very clean and there are plenty of tables to sit at. The staff is very nice and ask if you wish to "round up" your order to donate the change to charity.

We have been getting take-out from Gim Bow Restaurant for years and years. We especially enjoy their house-fried rice and mushroom egg fu yung. The orders we call in are always ready promptly when they say they'll be, "fifteen or twenty minutes" most often.
Very utilitarian atmosphere. Large and varied choice of foods. I liked the salmon and whitefish the most. Each dish carefully labeled.

Well if you want plain old chinese food and you are dining with boring people, then this is the place for you! Good service, ordinary food, and really nothing special.

I found that reviewers on this site and others either loved it or hated it. I decided to give it a try and took my wife and mother-in-law to Ing's Palace for lunch. I was very pleased with our meals and the value. I had a lunch special that included soup and an egg roll. I alerted the waiter to my shrimp allergy and he offered a vegetable egg roll which was very flavorful and delicious. My Schezwan Chicken dish was tasty and my wife said that her Shrimp Chop Suey was very good and the Egg Foo Young was the best she has had in years. My mother-in-law also enjoyed her meal and picked up a take out menu when we left. Some reviewers complained about the decor - yes it is a bit dull, but so are the majority of Chinese restaurants in the US! The waiter was very attentive - some reviewers complained about his language skills; while yes he was difficult at times to understand he did his best and we were able to communicate very well.My summary: very good meal, generous portions, great service, and a great value.
