Bridge of Allan (Scots: Brig Allan, Scottish Gaelic: Drochaid Alain) is a town in the Stirling council area in Scotland, just north of the city of Stirling. It lies on the Allan Water, a northern tributary of the River Forth, built largely on the well-wooded slopes of the Westerton and Airthrey estates, sheltered by the Ochil Hills from the north and east winds. Most of the town is to the east of the river; the bridge is part of the A9, Scotland's longest road, while the railway line and the M9 pass to the west of the river. Not quite sure why others have had a poor experience here. Myself and my work colleagues have been coming here approx. every other month for the last 3-4 years. Usually arrive around 12 when they open. There's a decent enough selection of different foods although the selection of deserts is sometimes limited if the icecream machine is out of order. It's not the best food I've ever eaten but then it's not a Michelin Star restaurant either. We definitely believe it is good value for money (otherwise we'd stop going there).
Weâve used this Chinese takeaway for the past few years and have enjoyed it every time. 3 months back it seems to have changed hands or management and not for the better. Subsequently they have got our orders wrong 4 times and the time it takes to make the order is appalling. Phoned in orders and told to collect in 20 minutes, the past 3 times weâve still been waiting in the shop an hour later! Arguing and shouting coming from the kitchen doesnât paint a picture of a well run business. You have lost our business for sure.

Ate here this afternoon. The customer service is first class, very welcoming and helpful. The choice is varied and reasonably priced. Spring rolls were freshly cooked, crispy and in clean oil, chicken satay starter was tasty. The chicken curry and chicken in blackbean sauce were really good and the boiled rice fresh.Pretty busy for Saturday afternoon which is good as they deserve the custom. The best Chinese restaurant in Stirling and well worth visiting.

Lovely restaurant setting, good varied lunch menu and great prices. Service a tad slow but it was busy. Didnât feel rushed tho. Food was hot and tasty and excellent value for money. The only let down for me was the toilets. They really need a good scrub . Will go back but the looâs really need some attention! Thanks :)
