2nd visit. First visited under the impression we would have the all you could eat buffet. Unfortunately the day we visited the decision had been made to change this to mainly weekends. Saying that the al a carte menu we ordered from was pretty good.So second visit, so looking forward to sushi and all the menu through the post promised but no. Our friends thought the food was ok. I must say I was disappointed. No sushi. Many of the dishes not replenished enough - I didnât have many dishes as the trays were empty, so I can honestly say I felt short changed for what we were charged. Didnât have dessert. Ice cream Machine not working ( I would have been happy with that) the sweet area, was very odd, tinned fruit, Iceland gateaux ( thatâs what it looked like to me). To be fair service was good. Iâm afraid I wonât be going back unless food improves

We went here on Saturday with friends and our experience from start to finish was not impressive! The waitress took 3 attempts to take our orders (apparently blaming the i-pad she was using) It turns out she had only been there a week and clearly hadn't had training! Our main meals arrived in stages so some of us were waiting on things like rice etc before we could start our meals, hence the mains were going cold! Not huge portions like I read on this site and other review sites. Then we ordered coffee and a tea. The girl came back to us saying that the Chef had said they couldnt do it as they'd run out of milk and the milk they had was "off"!!!! Yuk! When I asked if she couldnt go out and buy some, she said she wasn't allowed??!! We summoned the owner and told her what had happened and she stormed off and then the girl came back with some money and told us she was going to buy some milk. The coffee and tea came and we were only given half a cup of each! when questioned, the girl said that she thought we were having milk in it so she only gave us 1/2 a cup! We had, had enough by then so I complained to the owner who was very apologetic and said she wouldn't charge us for them! All i all a really bad experience and will NOT be going back!

The first time we went there for 5 meals everybody enjoyed their meal and thought the food was good. The 2nd time we went their for 4 meals they got the order wrong and we let it go. However, today we went their for the 3rd time and ordered 4 meals and while 3 of the were right my order was completely different from what I asked for and to be honest it was disgusting. I ordered King Prawn with mushrooms and pineapple - simple you would think. I got king Prawns in a carton with no pineapple in site and filled with broccoli, bean shoot, carrots and water chestnuts; all of which I hate. In fact after the first bite the sauce tasted soapy and I felt sick. nobody really liked the food this time around but ate it as we had just come back from a hard days shopping. I had to sit at the table watching everybody else eat while i had nothing. A strange carton of shredded cabbage was added to our order which nobody wanted and which smelt odd. I called them up and told them what they had done despite not only my son and my sister in law telling them what I wanted and giving them the paper i had written it down on. They told me to bring it back and they would change it but since it is a 20 mile round trip it would cost me nearly as much in petrol than the meal had. I waited to see if they would offer to deliver me the correct meal but no such offer was forthcoming and I resolved never to go there again, not least because I have stomach ache now.
