I walked into a nearly full restaurant as the only Caucasian customer...always a good sign. The portions were huge and the quality very good. Some of the best I've had in the entire city (Sichuan Bistro in Mason the only comparable experience).I would highly recommend!

First time visit and I was very pleased. The fusion was really just a variety of Asian dishes from different countries. China, Malaysia, Thailand etc. The only complaint was that it took a long time to get our meals and the place was not busy. Otherwise the place is highly recommended and I would go back anytime.

Uncle Yip's serves the finest authentic southern Chinese cuisine possible. Cantonese, Thai, Hunan, Sichuan Dim Sum and seafood is on the menu. Twin lobster along with dinner specials are favorites (ask your server or check the board for special foods). Di
A friendly place, with better-than-average southern Chinese dishes, including house-made wontons, a range of seafood choices, and an interesting dim sum menu. We appreciated the attention we received as first-time diners and the time the owners took to explain not only the kind of cooking the restaurant features but also how it differed from other Chinese cuisines. Prices at this no-frills strip center restaurant are modest and portions are generous. And like many Chinese restaurants, food arrives at the table in no time. TripAdvisor doesn't permit half-star increments in ratings. A shame since this deserves a solid 3 ½ stars.

My family has been getting carry out from the Silver Wok for years. It did a healthy business of that type so the lack of in-house diners was never an indication of problems. However, after the ownership recently changed hands, we are looking for alternatives because we just don't want their food again. We visited twice in the past 2 months. One of the most noticeable changes was a decrease in portion size. General Tso Chicken is but one example. It used to be a light, crispy color with appealing looking broccoli. There was easily more than enough to satisfy two. On our recent trips, the amount of food was smaller, the coloring darker, and the dish overall was much less appealing. As far as the appetizers, I would not have even served the fried wontons we were given. They were significantly and visually overcooked. I have spoken with others in my search for a replacement Chinese restaurant and heard similar complaints. I'm being asked to pay more for my food, I expect it to be better, not worse.
Our first time here to China Moon. Food was made to order and very good. We ordered General Tso Chicken and hot and sour soup. As we ate alone in the empty restaurant we saw customer after customer come in to pick up take out orders. One man commented to the hostess, the shrimp he ordered last time was "the best shrimp he had ever eaten." He was back for more. We would recommend the food!
