They're quick to seat you and your server is right there too. I usually take the buffet. Quite an assortment of different Chinese items. The trays at the buffet are kept full so no waiting there. Two lunch buffet meals with soft drink, less than $20

This Chinese restaurant serves food buffet style. I did not find any of the dishes that I tried anything but average. The fruit selection was minimal, mostly orange pieces and some bananas. There were no melons of any type (e.g., honeydew or canteloupe) and no watermelon or mandarin oranges, typically found at decent Chinese buffet restaurants. On top of this, the waiter was not very fluent in English and I had to get a different waiter to bring me iced tea. My waiter did not seem very experienced and seemed a bit in over his head. All in all, I wouldn't go back again, with other restaurant choices available in the area. ]

Good sushi, lots of choices. Hope they've started a trend and we get some more restaurants like this around Brainerd lakes area. Sakura Express is located in the old taco johns building. I hope they can expand and improve the curbside appeal, as well as the inside needs improvement as well. The food is good though and I'm glad we have a sushi restaurant now! They are a bit expensive though. I think they're actually more expensive than average sushi in the cities.

The Four Seas Buffet offers lots of choices, including sushi. Their stuffed shrimp and cheese wontons are favorites. The prices are reasonable, more than most buffets. There is even some Italian Chicken bake for those wanting something beyond the Far East. Occasionally, a dish here or there is a bit over done or dry, usually because we came at an off time with few people. But the staff is good about bringing out something fresh is we ask. The table service is attentive and friendly. When we all want something different, Four Seas is a good choice.
The worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. While the buffet has a decent variety of options, many of the items on the buffet were overcooked and had far too much soy sauce added to them. The Lo Mein tasted like cooked up rubber bands that were soaked in a generous amount of soy sauce. Despite the poor food, I will say that the buffet/menu prices are affordable and that my waitress was nice, polite, and provided fine customer service. However, with the food quality being so low, I'd never come back and recommend that others do the same.
