Babylon is one of ten towns in Suffolk County, New York, United States. Located on Long Island, the town population was 214,191 as of the 2014 census. Parts of Jones Beach Island, Captree Island and Fire Island are in the southernmost part of the town. It borders Nassau County to the West, and the Atlantic Ocean to the South. At its westernmost point, its location is approximately 20 miles (32 km) from New York City at the Queens border, and approximately 30 miles (48 km) from Manhattan. There is also a village of Babylon located within the town.

We (6 adults) ate here last night. The place looks relatively clean (many buffets are pretty dirty, especially the floors). The service was very good, plates taken away quickly, drinks refilled, etc. There is a wide selection. Unfortunately the food is pretty poor. From wonton soup to stuffed shrimp to chicken with broccoli the food was universally poor.The desserts are pretty good but others have mentioned the chocolate fountain. This is more a chocolate syrup in the fountain, not melted chocolate. I make that judgment as the chocolate does not harden, it stays liquid for minutes after.I would not return nor could I recommend this place.

Finding a reasonable sit down Chinese restaurant was becoming a chore. Fortunately, Trip Advisor made it easier. First time here and we ordered from the prix fixe, all of our food was pretty damn good. Soup, appetizer, meal and ice cream $20 each, not including beverages and tip/taxes. Today I would call that reasonable. People were nice, server was friendly, beverage refills quick. Sitting area was very clean and modern, looked newly renovated and tastefully done. Will be back. And yes I would recommend!

We ordered online. Menu is self explanatory. Order was ready on time, packed very nicely, with napkins, individual condiments, utensils. The food was very fresh and expertly prepared. The Thai chicken with Basil was unique and very tasty. It came with brown rice and hot and sour soup which was one of the hot and sour soups we ever had tasted.The general tso's chicken was also very good. Not greasy, served with fresh broccoli. We order wonton soup and brown rice which was ok.We look forward to ordering again, soon.

I recently got a general tso chicken and a sesame chicken. The woman who helped my daughter claimed not to understand English, but knew enough to give her a lunch special portion at full price. The chicken and rice was served separately. The rice was in a small container that was 3/4 full. Same idea for the chicken. My daughter was charged $24 for both dishes. I did call and complain. The woman told did offer to change the order, but I was too upset to go back. I feel her "non English" speaking ways was a crutch to overcharge. We won't be going back. Btw. Food quality- poor. Hard rice and very oily.
