First Impression counts. I arrived, no parking space at the hotel, then a guard led me to a very dark spot along a road near the hotel. didn't feel safe there. Grand Lobby, looked very nice. Visited a Suite just to see, looks great honestly, the room itself and amenities looked great, although I didn't understand the very low TV stand. Then we decided to eat in Toscana. Ordered drinks first. ..........The bread cameThe complimentary corn soup cameThe ordered dim sum for appetizers came ......still no drinks yet, a gin tonic (not really difficult) and a bottle of wine.nothing ........Then when the main course came, the drinks also came. Salmon, and my chicken, both just ok, not anything to write home about. Could have eaten it anywhere in the same way, we expected a higher level. The Taiwanese Noodle soup seemed nice. All 'n all I must say, I'd only go back there if I knew that they had really upgraded their kitchen with a higher quality of food. This was not worth it.Staff pushing around a very noisy kitchen push cart does not help if your sitting nearby.Greetings, WorldTraveller196420!Thank you very much for your feedback with regards to your recent experience here at Toscana Dining. We are glad to hear that you liked the lobby and the rooms and amenities offered at Midori Clark Hotel and Casino. We regret that we fell short to your expectations with regards to the food and service rendered at Toscana Dining. Rest assured that we value customer feedback and that will will forward this to our F&B team. We hope that this does not deter you from visiting us once again.Best Regards,Justine UyPublic Relations Supervisor

Best go to Shanghai a few doors awayThis place dont appreciate their customers They think that they are the best and customers would keep coming so they would treat customers bad while the foot fall is high. They dont realize the customers would stop going there and eat in other places. How do they expect to do business continuously and not change the attitude.Managers have been told but they dont careI used to frequent this place but not now.You would see that most times this place is not even busy and mostly empty. They must be running this business on a few nights where it is busy while other times is a waste.i dont recommend this place with their poor attitude and disrespect to foreigners .

We went here to celebrate a family member's birthday with a party of around 18 people. It was good that we came early as the separate area to the right of the dining area was empty and they were able to put several tables in a long line.We ordered among others, Ho To Tay soup, Buttered Chicken, Pancit Canton, Tempura Shrimp, Bird's Nest with Quail Eggs Soup, Siomai Dumplings. Hot tea was complimentary and it was very good. All the rest of the food was mediocre, lacking the flavor that is distinct to Chinese cuisine. I would bet that the head chef is not of Chinese descent. The siomai was bland, the Pancit Canton was very FIlipino in taste. The Bird's Nest soup was unappetizing.Service was excellent. The wait staff and hostesses jumped over several hurdles to seat us all in one long table and attend to all orders. The prices were middle of the road with some dishes costing more than other restaurants and some not as much.Parking, like at any restaurant in the area, is horrendous with very short and crowded slots a couple of feet from the main road.If given the chance to go get Chinese food in this city, I would do more research before i head back to this restaurant. The reason why we went here was to get a taste of Chinese cuisine but we ended up having Filipino taste.
