At Blue Eye Dragon, you will feel at home as soon as you step through the Dragon gate into our beautiful bamboo courtyard. Simple ingredients treated with care, cooked with passion and served with a smile are what we do daily. The wide selection of dishes
Great TripAdviser recommendation, could not have been happier. Well worth high rating.Staff friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is located in an old church hall. Clever fit out has resulted in a well laid out space with plenty of atmosphere and good acoustics.Food was spot on. Cooked to order, clean, well defined flavours. We had tasting plate entree, excellent, and a chicken main with fried rice. A really enjoyable meal.Just visiting Sydney but will try go back.Highly recommended.

Ho Jiak Strathfield is a modern take on the open-air hawkers of Northern Penang. Think Char Koay Teow overflowing with moreish stir-fried rice noodles, doused in delicious seafood and spicy Chinese sausage, and topped with market fresh king prawns. Or Nas
We came here for an early lunch on a weekday so there wasnât a problem getting a table just outside HoJiak. We had their Char Kway Teow, Har Mee, Laksa Chee Chong Fun, Chicken Laksa and Chicken Wings. They were all very authentic and delicious. I highly recommend the Laksa, Har Mee and Char Kway Teow. One of the best Iâve had in Sydney and even better than many places in Malaysia. The Chee Cheung Fun tasted a bit starchy and the chicken wings needed a bit more spice otherwise it tasted like normal fried chicken wings. I would definitely come back for their noodles and next time Iâll also try their nasi lemak and Mee goreng. Hi there, glad to hear that you loved our dishes! We definitely recommend coming by early on weekdays so you don't have to try to get a seat during the peak lunch hour! Hope to see you soon again!

food quality is not bad, but still some distance from authentic.service was attentive, seating was comfortable and cozy.Dear "dhui",Thanks for your review.Although we may not be totally like your Hong Kong style of food, we have adjusted our flavours to meet local tastes. This seems to work for us as we pride ourselves on fresh quality ingredients with menu items that are what you would expect in your local Sydney Chinese restaurant.Kind regards,Simon

New Shanghai Ashfield offers a wide variety of authentic Chinese cuisine, from the signature Shanghainese Xiao Long Bao to prawn dumplings with peanut sauce, pan fried pork buns and includes delicious Shanghai style braised pork belly, Peking duck and ste
Little confusing there are few restaurants all together with very similar names. My Chinese friends had actually suggested another one two doors down but as I had arrived early and waited for the table we had our meal here instead. What was uncanny was that nearly all the customers were European whilst the others next door were fully of Asian customers. I guess because this restaurant has very well design menu that allows us who can't read Mandarin to easily order. Very busy great food and wonderful atmosphere. Well worth the visit. I don't think they take bookings so you must simply wait for your table.
