We were so excited to dine here all being massive pasta fans. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic as were our appetisers,however the mains were lacking the lobster tagliolini was inedible and was very hard to sit at the table with the smell. After informing the owner he basically accused us of lying hence the one star ratingUsually as an owner I donât respond to negative criticism as I always appreciate feedback from our clients. But in this case I feel obbligate to respond for the respect of our valued customers and my staff. Usually when we are confronted by a problem in our restaurant, weâd like to find out immediately so it can be solved; not after finishing the meal and paying the bill. I just wondering If the smell of the Tagliolini Lobster ( which are one of the best seller at Radici) was so strong, how could you finish the dishes? Anyways I apologise that I wasnât able to please you tonight but I just would like to point out that I didnât accuse anyone of anything, I only said that this as never happened before as is strongly supported by the many positive reviews we have on TripAdvisor so far.
