I was invited here for a business lunch, and a table was booked. The restaurant host (manager?) greeted us and brought us to the table next to the window with a view on the parc. There is the option for a lunch menu (2 courses for CHF 32 or 3 courses for CHF 39). There were also a few starters and mains to choose from separately. We both opted for the lunch menu - parsnip soup, looked very nice and was tasty and I had the red cabbage, walnut and fig salad, although first I was served a fennelsalad by mistake. The mistake was corrected after getting the attention of a waitress, although an apoligy wasn't offered in the way of sorry for the mistake. It all went with yes, you ordered that and the wrong salad was taken away. The main courses deer steaks with brussel sprouts and spatzli was yummy. The sauce was tasty and deer perfectly cooked. After a break we both opted for sorbets of mango and raspberry and a cup of coffee (served with walnut chocolate brownie piece). Which was all good too. We enjoyed the lunch, good price for the quality but the wrongly served salad without an apoligy was a let down. Good location for a business lunchDear Travelgrumpy Thank you very much for your feedback. I am very happy that you liked your visit at Bloom. The wrongly served salad can happen, but I will talk to the team about our apoligy standards. Hopefully seeing you back soon.Kind regards, Philipp Albrecht

Everything was great. The restaurant has around 7 tables therefore the service is exclusive. Once we had ordered, we received a small starter as courtesy. Our main dishes were so delicious and the portion were quiet considerable. The wine selection was also great, ask for the Chilean wines ;)At the end, also as courtesy, we received a small desert to share and our waitress was so nice with us all the time.Without any doubt a must go place.

Visiting here almost monthly for a cordon bleu with work colleagues. The place is a locals place. The waiting staff are always friendly and busy. The lunch menu (never been for evening dinner) has various options but the cordon bleu is the must eat here. They offer on the evening menu various options. The cordon bleu is massive and served with Pommes frites (standard) or salad on requested. The prices are normal for Switzerland

I have dined numerous times at the Sporrer I Can recommend the steak tartar tasty and great quality as well as the Zurich veal with Rosti, Liver also with rosti are fine dishes which i can recommend heartily to anyone . There is also a team spirit where new ideas are welcomed from the staff and we are lucky enough to be able to profit . I Love it when young people are encouraged to live out their ideas and this restaurant is year in and year out the proof of what great ideas can do , especially where my palate is involved.i

We invited a friend for dinner and she booked this cozy little restaurant for the 3 of us. Warm welcome, nice and friendly staff/owners and speedy service even though the place was packed. We all ordered Cordon Bleu, which was exceptionally good. Only little down-side: As the restaurant was completely packed, the noise level was extremely high and it was quite difficult to have an intimate conversation at our table, as you had to speak very loudly to be heard.Dear Matteo,Thank you so much for your feedback. This is our great pleasure to read you enjoyed your evening with us! The garden is indeed ideal for a chilled moment, we canât wait for the return of fine days! Hope you will like it, too :) Best regardsFrank StorkNachbarsgarten

Wonderful, small Italian restaurant where the service and the cook really care about your experience. Great seafood. Excellent pizza. Seafood fans will delight in the Pepata de Cozze Rosse and the Spaghetti Vongole. We have been there several times and will continue going back. Reservation recommended.

The place might seems weird, but it is indeed inside the push private clinic at the top of Winterthur. Once the Clinic lobby the restaurant team welcome you to bring to the restaurant itself with a view on Winterthur and you forgot the surrounding. The table setup is good and very pro, there is enough space between tables to have privacy. The service is first class without being to extravagant. The staff (both German and English speaking) is courteous and very professional. The Wine selection is good anywhere from CHF40 to Dom Perignon like Champagne. The menu is on the healthy side with enough variety without being exhaustive. The dressing of the plate are very neat which only improve the culinary experience. There again, it is worth the trip. The amuse bouche was nice and colorful. The entrée goes from a broth to a foie grass on a pear bed. The main course include Swiss/Zurich main dishes and also some nice fish. Portion are correct to have room for the desert. A little faux-pas was the apple pie which wasnât at the level of the rest of the lunch.Perfect for Business (or if you stay at the clinic itself ;)Dear Jean-Marc C,thank you for the nice rating and the comments about the whole restaurant. We need this information to make our service better. Also thanks for the apple pie information. We will change the recept and make an other one next time. We are looking forward to welcome you back.Kind regardsJan Wildenhain, Leiter Hotellerie & Facility Management

We enjoyed a lovely meal here. The veal steak with the seasonal mushroom sauce with fresh vegetables and roasted potatoes, was delicious. The service was very attentive. This is a small restaurant with only about 8-10 tables. The atmosphere is cosy. This restaurant is not for the budget minded, but is a great option for those whose enjoy very good food and are willing to pay a bit more for it.

Been there a couple of times. The ambient is pretty authentic. The Crepes are named after the employees, which also create the recipes. The portions are quite big so that's why I never had a sweet crepe there yet! :-)The beer is not filtered and taste really good. If there is one down point is that your clothes and long hair smell to crepe afterwards. Still is worth the smell!!!
