Find out what Central European restaurants to try in Stuttgart. Surrounded by one of Germany's largest wine-growing regions, Stuttgart beckons cultural junkies with its acclaimed ballet, opera and philharmonic, while auto fans get revved up over the Mercedes Benz Museum. There's more green space than urban sprawl in the festival-friendly city, home to Europe's largest zoo and botanic garden combo, the Wilhelma. The WÂrttembergisches Landesmuseum, in one of the city's oldest structures, traces area history from the Stone Age. Buses or subway provide handy transport.

This place accepted a group of 50 people for dinner even though they did not have enough capacity for this. For us it meant that we had to wait for a long time for the order to be served. Food was average, so nothing to write home about.

The staff are fantastic the food is fantastic the chef is fantastic. They have a fixed menu but they are flexible mixing and matching courses. Every item was great. Good wine list. They care that things are good including the chef coming out to meet and greet. Highly recommend. Price as expected.

The Trollinger is in the Mövenpick Hotel at Stuttgart?s busy airport. The restaurant has a charming interior décor. There is a successful contrast between modern interior design and traditional chandeliers, creating a stylish oasis of calm. This is a plac
Service excellent, nice touch of (synthetic) rose petals and candles for a birthday celebration.Menu organised by themes rather than courses: healthy, signature Swiss, local Schwäbisch.Good local beers and wines (the Lemberger was excellent)Food was very good with ample portion size - we could not face dessert.Steak tartare a winner, Zwiebelrostbraten was an inch of melt-in-the-mouth. Slight mishap of a hair in the vegetables was surprisingly ignored. Expect to spend around ⬠50 / head for two courses. Will come back.Dear Guest,Thank you for your visit of our Trollinger restaurant and your warm words. We always strive to exceed expectations and provide a nice experience both in the hotel and in the restaurant. Therefore your feedback is very important for us and we are very happy that you enjoyed your time with us. Thank you very much again for your recommendation.Regarding the hair in the vegetables we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your generous understanding.Dear Guest, we will look forward to welcoming you back again in the not too distant future and wish you all the best for the meantime. We recently had a delicious meal of tuna, salmon and an octopus appetizer at Cube while enjoying the spectacular view of Stuttgart. The hostess, Maggie, was delightful, both when I made the reservation and during our evening at Cube. She even helped us take photos to capture the view. Thank you, Maggie!Dear Janekm853, thank you very much for your great feedback. We really appreciate that! Best, Catrin

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Germany! An exclusive dinner in a great location with a perfect wine or non-alcoholic juice pairing is served here. There was nothing to complain and the prices for that fantastic dinner are still moderate. We can recommend all dishes and we will come back again for sure. Nothing to complain!

"Der Rote Hirsch (the red deer)" is the modern interpretation of a regional wine restaurant. The well designed environment is a good place to enjoy. The concept of the restaurant is to use mostly regional and seasonal ingredients. The cuisine is modern-sw
This is a very nice and cosy place on the town square in Bad Cannstatt. The food was really tasty & fresh - European BBQ beef & local German famous dishes like Schnitzel, & to drink good local wine and some local craft beer. One of the best German dining experiences I had on my trip to Stuttgart.

The name 5 at the very heart of Stuttgart harbours a hidden culinary world where this café, bar, restaurant and club shares a passion for something special. The café offers a favourite haunt for your innermost needs. Start off your day here with a healthy
So let's run down the basics first:Service: 10/10. This was not german service, this was service in competition with some of the best restaurants in the world. The waiter was genuinly friendly, the somelier carefully selected suiting wines for our dishes, the cook came out and explained some of the dishes.Food: 10/10. We ordered the 5-course dinner, it was more like 11 courses with all the small amusse de bouches in betwen, which really bridged the gap between certain dishes in order not to give a too big contrast.Quality/presentation: 10/10. The quality goes without saying that every detail was top notch, down to the last spice or garnish it was all amazing. Everything was cooked to a level of perfection which could'nt leave any human on this earth dissatisfied. The presentation of some of the dishes are submitted in the pictures. They are not overdoing it, they just make a small show of the food which go well hand in hand with the quality and gives that extra value.Setting/ambience: 10/10. We had the closest you could come to a chef's table. It was a great setting in an old industrial building where they kept the original design. The small chitchatting around you, the attentive waiter/service and total privacy made us very comfortable. A BIG PLUS for not playing music, you go there to eat some of the best food on the continent and enjoy it with wine.Toilets: 10/10. Superclean as expected.Value for money: 10/10. Our bill landed at a respectable amount of euros, but given the experience of eating such unique dishes combined with wine and service made it so worth it.Final words:I will return./Jonas

If you read the title and you read my December 2016 review, you will learn that Hupperts demonstrates one of the most important aspects of fine dining - consistency. Not just in food quality, but in their approach, service, presentation and friendly, hard-to-replicate atmosphere. Third time is a charm. This latest visit sealed the deal for me. We invited friends with high standards when it comes to dining out. This visit to Hupperts didn't disappoint. I finally got to partake in the sweet cigar/drinks lounge in the basement. We were asked if a fire would be a nice addition - it was a bit cooler - and it was awesome. I really didn't want to leave. The service continued even then...The attitude of the staff is incredibly humble given their background and experience. You will not find a friendlier dining experience in Stuttgart.
