Just another low class, basic "mountain" style restaurant with unfriendly service and overpriced menu. We skipped the meals, as it didn't look appealing. Ordered some water (9chf !!!!!) and a house wine, which was undrinkable. Never again. We have a lot of effort in the construction and also in the setting up of our experience restaurant and put in a lot of heart blood and love pure. Nevertheless, not every taste can be taken.We are very sorry, that you have been treated unfriendly. It is very important to us that our staff always treat our guests with a friendly approach. If this was really not implemented with you (there was no complaint on your part on site?), we would like to apologize.What we do not want to leave is that we charge excessive menu and water prices.You were at the lunch time in our restaurant, as we offer a lunch menu consisting of soup, main course and dessert, which is very popular and well-accepted with our guests. Compared to prices in the rest of Switzerland this is very cheap. Also the mineral water prices are in the Swiss-wide comparison okay.But as with everything, it is often in the eye of the beholder, whether for him especially the price-performance ratio is okay or not. We've visited Scuol several times over the past few years and on most visits we have at least one meal at La Collina - partly due to its convenient location near the apartment we rent, and partly due to its decent salami pizza.We've never had particularly attentive service here, even though the restaurant is usually empty when we visit (off season), but that hasn't discouraged us from returning.

As a Relais et Chateau and Michelin rated restaurant, it is of course superb, and the wine list is also excellent. The hotel and restaurant are undoubtedly the best in the Lower Engadine Valley.

A warm welcome from waiters and waitresses in traditional garb awaits you at the pine-lined Astras- a lovely and authentic-feeling place in Scuol. The pizza and local dishes are really excellent, prices reasonable (for this part of the world).

We walked from Scuol to Sent for a concert at the Sent church. This was part of the Allegra Allegri festival where the Allegri String Quartet performed in a number of local churches.After a vigorous walk in the sun we were in need af a beer and were delighted to find the Chasa Veglia. We were warmly greeted (in spite of noisy roadworks outside) and had a delightful beer before the concert. The hotel is very attractive and would be a good place to stay. The menu was inviting and the view was excellent.

I choose the Restaurant Uja Traube in Scuol after looking in tripadvisor. I can confirm that it is defenitely worthwile eating there. I went there with a group of friends and chose the dish of the day and enjoyed it on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Everything was perfect, the food, the service and all this to a reasonable price. All in all, great place.
