The place is decent. Lots to choose from on the menu, which is also in English. Reasonable prices. The service varies. The guys there seem to be more friendly than the girls. Not sure why waitresses in Lublin are so grumpy. But, if you can get around the moods, you will enjoy this place. Kinda cozy.

Stopped for lunch, my wife had the Udon Kurczak (Noodles with chicken) and I had a thin & crispy pulled pork pizza watching the world go buy with a couple of beers. Very good food, great view and good service.

Tourists with foreign bank cards: Watch out, they charge in your home currency, including a 10% commission due to the very bad exchange rate. A rip off!The food was mediocre except for the pumpkin with sweet potato soup, which we liked. There was no complimentary bread to go with the soup. The roasted veal was rather dry and the dish was on the salty side. Where was the bechamel sauce, as the menu stated? There was just a little brown sauce. It left us rather thirsty. The pierogi dish wasn't fantastic. On the other hand, the ambiance was rather nice and cosy.DziÄkujÄ za poÅwiÄcony czas na napisanie recenzji. Very pleasant traditional Polish restaurant in the old town square, staff were welcoming, menu was comprehensive with lots of various meat and potato dishes on offer. Warm and rustic, bench seats weren't the most comfortable in the world but the food more than made up for the discomfort. The owner was a cheerful and affable chap, very smiley and cheerful. Enjoyed our meal. I'd recommend booking for the evening as it gets very busy.

Restaurant on the top floor of the building of the Lubelskie Conference Center.
Walked past this heading in and out of Lublin from the Mercure and dropped in for a drink one afternoon. The menu looked interesting so we returned that evening. I had the black pudding and my wife the assiette of pork. The presentation was amazing and it would have rated excellent if the food had been a bit warmer.

We made a reservation and were greeted warmly by the staff. The food was quick to arrive, very tasty and excellent value. In total our meal of two mains, desert and a liter of sparkling water was 120 PLN or 26 GBP.There are two areas that need development in order to progress to a five. Firstly telling the guests which items are unavailable as they receive the menu. Secondly the desert we had (the crumble) could be easily improved to be fantastic. We look forward to going back.

Magiaâs atmosphere is eclectic; there are numerous vibes to choose from throughout the warren of dining rooms and its large outdoor courtyard.
Situated in Rybna, next to Rynek in the old town, this restaurant was a real find. A good selection of traditional Polish food, and great service. Generous portions served by a friendly and cheerful waiter. Very good service indeed.Option to eat indoors or outside, so we chose outside as the weather was warm.Good prices. Very reasonable.Would definitely recommend.

My friend and I have been touring Europe for several days and the Kardamon restaurant in Lublin was recommended to us. It was fabulous. It is a small restaurant the offers very personalized service. Our waiters, Jakub and Serhiy were amazing. They made sure the wine we ordered was exactly what we wanted. We ordered a shrimp pasta which was the best pasta we have ever eaten as well as a salmon salad that was out of this world. Prices are reasonable! Outstanding!!

Went last month during first business trip to Poland. like stepping back in time. Food and service were fantastic - too much food as we had family style and everything was excellent. The restaurant was cozy and atmosphere was very upbeat. This is a must place to visit when in Lublin.

I stayed at the apartments upstairs from the restaurant for 6 weeks and during that time I ate at this restaurant often. I would rate it as my favourite restaurant in Lublin. The food was always excellent and the combinations of flavours were interesting. Also, I found the food was lighter than some of the other food on offer in Lublin. The staff were polite and as time went on and they recognized me they would have a quick chat with me if time allowed and would always smile and say hello if they saw me walking through the beer garden. I highly recommend this restaurant.
