Not much of an atmosphere unfortunately. Setting is a bit industrial without the hipster vibe. Service incredibly slow and inattentive. Place looks like it could do with some extra waiting staff that would actually care about their profession. Food was well presented and elegantly plated, but nothing stood out. On balance I feel my 'average' judgement is fair. Unless they invest in professional waiting service, I won't be back.

We dined here with a group of 12 people before attendign a wedding party at the Bovendonk.The service was extremely friendly and professional and didn't batter an eyelash while switching from Dutch to English with the group.We all had the 20 euro menu. The food was served in medium-sized portions but proved enough. It did take quite some time for the dishes to arrive but then again, being with such a large group, they waited until everyone had finished before bringing the next one to make sure the group ate together.All in all, great value for that price and the staff were great.

We only stumbled upon this place while taking a stroll & boy were we glad we found it. The mains were delicious & the afters heavenly. My 3 friends claimed it to be the best apple pie they had ever tasted. Good choice of food, very open & relaxed environment & its surroundings - well trees! If nearby you you will regret you never tried this place!!

We had really negative experience there. The restaurant that is already quite expensive charged us 12.90 euro for still water from a jar that they boast they get from the local deep water reservoir! And can you imagine a limoncello for 8.90 euro per portion?! It is not in the menue and thus we couldn't know the price until we asked the waiter that is not a really convenient practice.And in general the food was not worth the money. Might be Michelin critics find those tastes interesting but I guess it is not what regular customers seek for.
