Enter through hotel reception. Good and friendly service. The wait person gave us an English menu and told us they had a roast duck special that was only on the German menu. Competent kitchen without anything extra. The fresh bread was served with herbed dripping. Good value for the price.

Bispingen is a small village, but it disposes of some quite good restaurants with delicious local food. I can recommend the "Hausteller" and the dark Köstritzer beer or a glass of St. Michaelis wine.

At a stone´s throw from Autobahn 7(Hamburg-Hannover) lies this gem of a restaurant. The restaurant is always very well frequented by what it seems the local community..We went there with friends, one of them who told me, he has driven by the place for at least 10 years(and not stopped to eat..) Cozy place, very friendly people/service, good food at reasonable prices. What else do you want!! Let´s not make it too public!

Buffet or a la carte, but there were no cooks visible in the kitchen so we did not consider a la carte an option. The buffet included 2 soups, one of which was rich enough to be a meal in itself; 4 main dishes, each with two sides; small but very fresh salad bar; pudding in the sense of wet stuff in a bowl, not dessert. The main dishes were competent but nothing special. We sat next to a table of guests with impressive appetites. The buffet for Euro 14 is a bargain and a very good choice for the hungry.
As we arrived they had no rooms left. The restaurant was very special.A place that you can serch for a long time to find. The place was full of history, and as an old "brown" German countryside place it was 100%up to our demand. The throut, forelle blau, was from the local fish pond and tasted very good. Also the woodenplate with german salami and all belongings was exellent. This place is a must if you are in the heide. Also a popular place for weddings due to the atmosphere.Short trip from Lûneburg.

We were driving with our family bus for a little "explore the nature" day but we wouldn't start on an empty stomach so we looked for a restaurant nearby. We got lucky and we found this one where the food was just delicious. We had aperitifs, we were served a carrot soup witch was also perfect. The main course was no ordinary, even if I took a turkey brest with rice, that was donr with a peanuts sauce and a cucumber salad was included. The Arrabiata pasta werw also delicious made with rucola. The price for a menu ( soup, main course, desser) was about 12e what is absolutely super for this kind of quality.

Located in the old train station of Garlstorf this restaurant has a very original interior for the region.Very good regional food made with love.I recommend the "Sauerfleisch", but the "Wild" which could be deer or boar for example is although very good. The outdoor seating has a scenic view over a field with an old oak. Heating is provided.

Extremely romantic and pittoresk hotel in the woods with horses and an agricultural scent. Very spacious rooms, however, pretty dark. A nice balcony. Dinner buffe was various and delicious. The waiters were pretty slow and didn't make you feelwelcome.
