If Aalborg were a house, the real estate agent would sell it as "loaded with potential." The 1,000-year-old city is Denmark’s fourth largest, and boasts a Viking past, over 300 restaurants, a casino, lively nightlife and great shopping. The zoo breeds rare Siberian Tigers, and the Waterland and Tivoliland make it a great place for families to visit. Aalborg isn’t a hotspot for foreigners, yet. But we’ll watch as the waterfront of this busy port continues to gentrify, with expectations it will be one in the future.

We went to Rositas with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We couldn't imagine a better place. Everything was just fantastic! The food was the highest quality and the wine that was served for us matched with every dish perfectly. Such a feast for our taste buds. Also, the service was great. We did not wait for the food and the waitress was super nice with big knowledge about the food and wine. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very special - one has to experience it. I highly recommend that place!!

We would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about us and our special place. A place that is all about giving you an outstanding dining experience of the French cuisine, with a twist of Danish âhyggeâ. High quality, local ingredients, a
One of the best restaurants in Aalborg; really quality ingredients with a sincere and true french cuisine. The choice of exceptional wines is there to be tried: pouilly fumè, zinfandel and Calvados. Really good dishes as the lobster soup and the gateau marcel make me remember France. Truly great, try it!

Restaurant Paprika is a Hungarian, Austrian schnitzel restautrant. fair price level, unit prices for the food, the wine and, not least, the local beer from the island of Fur. Very nice surroundings, with courtyard, cozy authentic premises and not least am
We had dinner here on what turned out to be the first night after re-opening with a new owner... What a lovely night we had! The food was superb for all 3 courses and the atmosphere was fantastic as the staff gave all in our group the feeling of being at a family dinner. I will certainly be coming back!

Surprisingly good food with professional service. Home smoked salmon was delicious and well presented (with wild salads harvested in the garden). Cod was perfectly cooked (though too salty). Nice danish cheese platter. One can see the influence of Noma in Danish pride on food and presentation. Excellent service though restaurant was full and we asked to eat in the hotel lobby. But why on hell didn't they open the curtain that extended the restaurant room?
