The restaurant at Chaa Creek is a superb example of top-notch service meeting delicious cuisine to create a memorable dining experience. As resort guests, the kitchen already knew of dietary needs in our group (GF, vegetarian) and had delightful menu options. Wait staff is attentive without being intrusive. Do stop by the adjacent bar for a handcrafted cocktail based on your taste preferences.

An open air patio style restaurant with surrounding gardens. In the geographic center of the country, close to the Belize Zoo, Ziplining, Cave Tubing, Canoeing, and Monkey Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. We do small groups or large. Ã la carte menu. We do buffets
Arrived in Belize City around noon and had planned to stop somewhere close to the airport but the woman at the rental car place recommended Cheers instead. It was at least 45 minutes to get there but it was right on the way to Belmopan/points further and we were glad we waited. Nice open-air restaurant serving traditional food. Lots of seating and quick service. Perfect stop to re-fuel on our way to the jungle. Good selections for kids and grown-ups.

Recently my buddy and I were travelling through San Ignacio and got recommended to eat here. It was delicious! The flavours were amazing, staff very friendly, Iâd go back.

Simple but tasty food in a casual setting. It was a hot evening and they only had a single fan going but we were used to it by then and a cold lime juice did the trick. Definitely give it a try!

We visited Bennyâs kitchen after visiting Xunantunich. It is close to the ruins. The restaurant has lino tables and concrete floor so itâs not posh but the food is excellent. My husband was very keen on trying rice and beans which is a local speciality and I tried the fish sere. Both were outstanding. We also had the soursop juice and the lime juice. Well worth visiting if you like trying the local cuisine.

Crave house of flavors is a small but cozy culinary place where a professional Chef prepares your meal fresh alla minuta (at the moment) according to the suggested menu of the day and accommodating dietary special requests (vegetarians, vegans, gluten fre
I will consider one of those lifetime memorable meals that come along about two every decade. Firstly, the restaurant is charming, and the menu offers a broad selection that will appeal to every taste. I had the pork chop with chimichurri, delicate vegetables, and coconut rice. Served with a carménère, it was a wonderful combo of flavors and textures. The Bailey's cheesecake was beautiful and not too sweet. Family that runs the place does a fantastic job, and their young son is a remarkably knowledgeable dinosaur enthusiast.

Situated a short walk from downtown San Ignacio Belize, our Guava Limb restaurant & cafe provides patrons with finely crafted cuisine, using farm-to-table fresh ingredients. We pride ourselves in serving the highest quality specialty coffee drinks, pastri
This is an upscale place made for dates or adult parties. There are 2 levels and a small bar and separate patio area. Live music flowed the night I arrived unannounced. Busy season may require reservations. The price is nearly that of an upscale California restaurant, so keep that in mind. I ordered a nightly special of pork kabobs, a lobster stew, 2 glasses of wine and a desert for about $100 BZD or $50 USD. Well worth it, enjoyed the service and the food.

Right in the middle of San Ignacio where the specialty seems to lamb dishes, not aFan of lamb so went for the special.Nothing special about the special - spicy herb chicken - but nothing spectacular about it.Seems over priced for what they offer.

You may feel like you're in a Seinfeld episode at this friendly six-booth, hole-in-the-wall diner. Best omelets in town and bottomless cups of coffee make this San Ignacio's worst-kept breakfast secret and a great place to meet other diners. Good burritos
Pop's is an American-style diner one block away from the tourist street. Staff are curteous, and there are free coffee refills! Cheapish, fast, and open early. Try the chaya pockets!

Decked in exotic greenery, the dining room evokes the restaurant's surrounding jungle with amazing views to the mountains. It is situated on the second and third floor of Sleeping Giant's main building. The second deck hosts the Bamboo Room bar which serv
Food, service, value, setting, it was our number one place to dine in Belize, hands-down. Absolutely stunning views in every direction. Service that didnât hover but was there when you needed them, full of helpful suggestions when asked, interesting and interested. I canât imagine thereâs a bad table in the place but we were on the top floor patio and had a choice of the place, them keeping it open especially for us and our midday arrival. Highly recommend the soup with pulled pork added, the pulled pork sandwich with fried plantain, the jalapeño cocktail. Everything we ordered we would get again. Not crazy expensive either.
