As you walk into this building which is approximately 400 years old you feel there is something special about this Restaraunt. You don't have to even eat to appreciate this building and the work the owners have put into restoration.Anyway the word is correct about the Chef Josep Forrellat, he is brilliant and his team in the kitchen and on the floor, some of who are family create an atmosphere which starts a gastronomical delight.We had salads, calamari, croquettes, Jamon, muscles, snails and rabbit all complemented with beautiful wine and champagne. We finished with a lemon sorbet infused with vodka and of course some good coffee.I would highly recommend this Restaraunt for anyone from couples to large groups, you won't be disappointed.We will certainly be back.Many thanks olo3 for the exquisite recommendation of the Suis restaurant on TripAdvisor. From check in to check out we were completly satisfied with Casa Fuster. The rooftop deck with a smal pool was a welcome respit. The one thing that was nott 100% to my liking the bathtub you needed to pole vault in and out of th tub.
