We came here on Easter Monday as everywhere else was booked or shut. After travelling all day to arrive, we were tired. The kids went with the menu enfant chicken nuggets, whilst my husband had Chicken Columbo and I had Chicken Coco. Frankly all the dishes were just about inedible. The Columbo and Coco were barely distinguishable from each other, and both consisted of a dried up chicken leg. Coco came with some mush on the side - no idea what that was. The chips were nice. The waitress was nice. I can only imagine the chef had a day off and had left some stuff to be heated up in the case of visitors!

We had been on the beach, and just wanted a drink, which was fine, but while we were there we saw the great kebabs they were serving, so after a lite breakfast, we went back for lunch, itâs a busy little place, but the service was good, and the food excellent, we shared a prawn salad, with grapefruit, melon and pineapple, sounds strange but was excellent and a crayfish kebab, really good, and washed down with a nice and reasonable priced rose. We would happily go again, do t be put off by the plastic table and chairs, the food is great.

We had lunch at this beach spot during our stay on Guadeloupe and enjoyed it so much! The restaurant is casual but charming with pretty tablecloths and matching napkins. The menu is extensive. We were sadly in a hurry so chose salads. But what salads they were! So large and fresh and absolutely delicious. Mine had shrimp that were perfectly cooked and seasoned. This is a busy spot but donât fret, because the woman in charge works tirelessly to get people seated and enjoying the great food. She was so lovely! The price was excellent, too. This is a real find!

This is easily the biggest of half a dozen restaurants on Perle Beach, on the right-hand side as you go down the entrance track. Like the others, it is open only during the day. The beach provides no loungers or sunshades. Since our youth ended many decades ago, we are not comfortable lying on a towel. We decided to retreat to the pleasant shade of the Pailotte's outside tables to enjoy a coffee. A cup of coffee seems to cost 2 euros wherever in Guadeloupe you order it. We were happy to pay such an amount to sit in a comfortable chair, relieve our backs and watch the beach and sea activity. Plenty of attractive dishes are offered on the menu. A grilled fish is 18 euros, which is somewhat more than the 10/12/14 charged by the smaller restaurants on the left-hand side of the entrance track. Fair enough when you are in a more spacious and cultured restaurant.

Consistently really good, lively ambience, diverse customers - not 90% French pensioners - young friendly cool staff give great service! Entrée fish rillette - creamy & tasty - good to share! Piña colada properly done with fresh pineapple & . Terrace over the waves - book a day ahead for seashore sounds !

The red fish is the symbol of this home and the name of the gastronomic restaurant of Tendacayou but also of Guadeloupe. Sylvie, mistress of the house as well as being a cordon-bleu, created 13 years ago this restaurant who has become along the years THE
Quite a long drive up the hill above DesHaies but worth it. This restaurant is designed to wow you on arrival. Lots of interesting artwork, signs etc. Looks like a fishermanâs shack.Menu interesting and varied. Creole style influences on French cuisine. Starters are expensive 14 euros but huge portions so good to share. Main courses varied quality. Ordered beef a point but got bleu. Still it melted in the mouth and tasted delicious in a foie gras sauce. The night we ate there was a table of 10 which caused a complete slow down in service for other diners. A couple next to us were kept waiting a long time for their main courses while the waiters poured the groups wine.....Thank you for sharing your visit to our table dear customers, we do our best to provide a smooth service, we hope that you will return to your next visit.

Creole and mixed food, barbecue, crepes Restaurant between beach and lagoon and also concert lunches, workshops of expression all year, we love the artists
Great location in the lagoon with a good variety of choices. The place was packed at 1:30 but we found a table in the shade by the bird feeder, be careful as the birds leave their mark.We really liked the Roquefort mussels and homemade bread. The mi - cuit marlin was overcooked and we mentioned it at the end and they kindly offered us coffee on the house. It's also customary to pour yourself a free digestif drink.

This restaurant is along the drive that leads to the beach at Grande Anse. It features a creative, high-end menu and excellent cocktails. Weâve had several good meals here, usually consisting of fish or crayfish prepared in a variety of ways. Iâm not a huge fan of accra, but the ones made here are excellent. Most of the staff is quite pleasant and very efficient. (We did run into one outlier who barked at us about our imperfect French, but even she mellowed out eventually.)Weâve eaten both lunch and dinner here and the place is always packed â so come early, or make a reservation.
