A real Caribbean Life experience, Local Food, (Really really authentic and delicious) a lot of local spices and herbs, Cold Local Beer, (Prestige), Local Music, all local, I like the themed of the restaurant, we also like the Menu, I also like the Cheese Burger and Grilled Chicken with BBQ Sauce,. It is a good place to hang out with family or friends while drinking our favorite Haitian Beer, and watching NBA basketball or Football.
Thankfully, I was able to get a very tasty dish of beans and rice, which was not on the menu. The decor is lovely, and the service is attentive. My meat-eating friends had nothing to complain about!

I went to Kokiyaj Bar & Grill with my sister for her birthday. I waited over one hour for the worst food I have ever eaten. After 45 min, I was told that they were out of rice while another customer who came after me was served rice. The fry goat was over fried, the conch and the Guinea hen were tasteless. When I complained to management about the service, I didn't even get an apology.Dear djenbe,Thank you for taking the time for your review. We truly value the opinions of our customers and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. The issues you have raised are highly uncharacteristic of our service and our food. Further more we have investigate thoroughly and have no report of any complaints and we our reviewing our receipts for the food combination you mention. A group of 7 of us who travel often in Haiti visited Boukanye for dinner on Saturday eve, the restaurant is next to the sea where you can see fisherman, boats and the waves and devoured a couple of their great pizza options! The crust was really good, and meat lovers was good also! Nice venue, with outdoor exposure on the front of the building, as well as in the centre staff were friendly and attentive! Had a great time! Place was relatively busy, but the wait was not too long! We will be back

Where do we start with this utterly charming hotel facing the ocean. An eclectic decor showcasing the area you can spend hours in the front courtyard or interior one just blissfully letting yourself drift into the past. The owners are present, and engaged and more than willing to assist with every need that their more than capable staff cannot. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed a full range of meals and drinks and just lounging in this super comfy spot in the heart of Cap. If you stay, treat yourself to an ocean view room to enjoy the spectacular sunrises.

Cap Deli, Offering Outstanding & Extraordinary Gourmet Burgers & Specialty Subs and Pizza.
Was recommended this spot, and it didn't disappoint.Choose the upstairs patio deck if you want loud music (and sometimes karaoke); downstairs for a more family atmosphere. After a while in Haiti, the idea of a burger seemed right and this was recommended. Indeed, juicy, tasty and served on a great brioche bun. Lots of options. Didn't have the pizza, but by the looks of those and a few other things going by, they appeared impressive as well.Service was friendly, and I can see why this is considered a reliable spot.

They had NO fresh seafood of any sort. The closest they had was the "fish filet (imported)" I give them credit for honestly describing the origin, but it turned out to be tasteless piece of frozen tilapia unimaginatively thawed and plopped on a plate. The serving of "Creole Chicken" was about 4 ounces of a very scrawny bird, about half of which was bones. The prices were quite high, too.
