Found this restaurant on a quite side street in Bridgetown while looking for lunch. Itâs upstairs and they have a few balcony tables overlooking the street. The choice was limited but service was fast. The food was nothing to be getting excited about but was good value for price paid.

The restaurant initially began as a wholesale distributor for the island's hotels and restaurants. Cooked takeaway service was added; along with a friendly free beer while you wait. Shortly after that the health inspector demanded we go the whole way or "
Sunday Jazz, cold Banks beer, Lobsters and view of the beach. What more could you ask for? The Jazz group was fun even if a little limited in their song list selections. The vibe was fun and relaxed. Since we were staying at a different area on the island it was fun to check out a higher energy, busier part of the island. Service was great. They made you feel very welcome. We rented a car and were able to park in the lot right next to the restaurant. It was very easy.

This out-of-the-way little restaurant on Barbados' south coast is the perfect place to savour tasty, well seasoned, fresh local fish. This is an UN-ostentatious, home-style little restaurant, where the owner is always on hand to make sure that the patrons are satisfied. The menu offers a good variety of dishes and drinks from which to choose, and the serving staff are always friendly and helpful. Shakers is definitely a must-do on any visit to Barbados!

Egg and bacon sandwich on a cutter roll was a perfect breakfast after watching the race horses at Carlisle Bay take an early morning swim. Sandwich is made fresh to order and basic egg and bacon is $6 USD. Come early as the place closes at 9:00.

The best local sports bar on the island seven screens for you to watch all your sports events in hd great local food great beer prices 4 banks beer for 5 us dollars. fantastic atmosphere. We open for all EPL GAMES NO MATTER WHAT TIMES THEY START!
Went to find Wendyâs so my husband could watch the champions league match the day after. Thankfully someone heard us on the bus where we wanted to go and told us where to get off which was great. As I had read previous reviews itâs not in the tourist area so keep with it if walking. Got there and we had a couple of banks beers and tried the lunch. It was very good, our first experience of true local food (arrived two days before) amazing and busy with locals. Unfortunately we never made it back for the football as it was just to hot on the day for me to get bus etc but when we are back in barbados we will def go back.

We were delighted to find this beautiful cafe, between George Washington house and the Garrison racecourse. Once visited, we came back every morning at opening time for the best iced coffee I ever had, and their varied breakfast menu. The setting is very quiet, a covered patio in front of the lush tropical garden. Staff is very friendly. Service is quick and competent. Looking forward to return.

Best fish cutters we had on our trip to Barbados. Really good with cheese (and topped with Bajan hot sauce). We were only in Barbados for 10 days and went many times. Really good value as well and right by a lovely beach! Always friendly service too.

At Pebbles Beach when we were approached by the âHead Chefâ of the Jamaica Grill Kitchen. Iâm always apprehensive with eating food from a truck without being recommended. So it was with reservations that we agreed to have some food. But the jerk chicken and the fish sandwich were superb. The guy brought it to our sun beds and came back to collect the plates, brilliant service. Would recommend to anyone.

Stunning setting with excellent food. Book early if you would like a rail side table. The waterside views are great especially with the lit water and fire torches and lanterns. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious especially the potato gnocchi and Cajun swordfish. Really memorable evening.

This restaurant is a bit out of the way, but was really impressed with the service. Our waiter went through the menu thoroughly, and even provided us with drink recommendations. We had a BBQ meal and loved the Terra Cotta vibe of the surrounding. Truly a favourite spot during our vacation in Barbados.
