Reviews on Caribbean food in Bermuda, Caribbean. Don’t be fooled by Bermuda’s small size; this 21-square-mile Atlantic island is big on history, personality and charm, from pink-sand beaches to historic forts. It’s known for aquatic adventures like shipwreck scuba diving, cliff jumping and deep-sea fishing. On land you’ll find an eclectic island culture of vibrant neighborhoods, brightly colored shorts and delicious fish chowder.

Overlooking the old town of St. George and harbor, Griffinâs Restaurant and Pizzeria offers a warm family friendly atmosphere, casual lounge bar and pool service, located on the third floor of our Great House and offers incredible views. It is open for Br
This is very expensive for poor quality. The best part is the view over St George's harbour. Would not go back.

Our giant gang of 18 ransacked this place. The food was so good! The adults ordering had to rush back put in more orders because everyone else kept clearing the plates too quickly. We ordered more food 3 separate times! We had the jerk pork, curry chicken, lamb chops, fried rice, jerk chicken, beef patties and chicken patties. A lot of local patrons, it's a big space especially since most customers did takeaway. Awesome for groups, there's a section upstairs but no A/C. Not the cleanest or most comfortable space to sit in but we came for the food and this was right up our alley. SERVICE WAS AWESOME, SUPER FRIENDLY!

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown promptly to a table for two. The ambiance is laid back and colorful, with classic reggae playing in the background. The Bermuda Fish Sandwich, on toasted raisin bread with tartar sauce and coleslaw was perfect; lightly toasted bread, crispy slaw, hot and tasty fish, with a light spread of tartar sauce. The Bermuda fish chowder was tasty, with the right amount of spice.Service was attentive but not overbearing and we had a great conversation with the owner. Thanks to the Captain of the Reef Explorer for recommending such a perfect slice of Bermuda for our lunch. I highly recommend Lost in the Triangle if you are looking for delicious, authentic Bermuda coking at a reasonable price. (As a further testament, they have won the Peopleâs Choice Award multiple times, for their Bermudian cooking.)

I had The Flame on our list of places to visit due to the view. Unfortunately the wind was a little bit of a factor as it came from the north which makes a direct hit if you want to sit on the patio like we did (we probably should have gone a day earlier when the winds were from the south). We both ordered burgers and were given slices of bread for the fish. The water had a chop to it from the wind but we were still able to get the bread far enough out to see it get eaten quickly (so have your camera ready). The meals came out quickly and the owner was very attentive. The burgers were fine but I thought that the fries and onion rings were a bit oily. We did notice locals picking up food which is a good sign. Prices reasonable, menu limited not sure if I would go back.

Located in the historic main house, Huckleberry - named in tribute to Mark Twain who loved Bermuda and visited often. Enjoy seasonally-inspired menu featuring smoky, steamed mussels and blackened local rockfish among many other delectable options; all fre
Nice atmosphere - we were a large part, so had private room. Great service. Nice variety on lunch menu. I had the harvest salad topped with Wahoo. Very fresh ingredients. Everybody enjoyed their meal. Another favorite was the French Dip sandwich. Been here couple times for lunch. Always a good experience. Located at the far Eastern tip of Bermuda, Blackbeardâs Hideout has an open-air island vibe mixed with the flavors and atmosphere of an island-style beach bar. However, if you come for the day you stay for the sunset! All eyes are drawn towards the horizo
We spent our vacation on a quest for the best local Wahoo fish sandwich. While we never found a standout, in terms of quality and presentation, we can definitely place this tiny locale at the top of the list for its good service, fair pricing and outstanding ambiance and views. We trekked from the ferry in St. George's over to St. Catherine's Fort by foot (1.1 miles), went swimming for an hour at the pink sand public (empty) beach next door (see the photos), dried off and then had a serene and beautiful lunch at Blackbeard's. It was a memorable experience because it is serene and the views from the dining deck are just beautiful.

My wife and I wanted to try a local, reasonably priced dinner in Bermuda so we visited thi s place. It was spartan but clean. We both had the fish chowder which was excellent. I tried the ribs with mashed potatoes and smashed pumpkin which was very good. My wife had fried fish. For dessert we split the apple pie. Both of these dishes were good. Total bill was about $50 which was very reasonable for Bermuda. I plan on eating there again.

For centuries, seafaring voyagers left an indelible mark on Bermudaâs cuisine. Trade routes traversed the Atlantic, blending Old World traditions with those of the New World and West Indies. Reflecting these rich and diverse culinary influences, the resor
I'm ecstatic that the 'best soup in the world' is back on the menu! We stopped coming to the Brasserie when meal service was ended in the bar area. We did not like the larger impersonal dining hall with uninspiring menu items. We returned today to find the dining tables back in the bar area & a greatly improved menu. The cream based onion soup was as AMAZING as remembered. We were pleased with our neighborhood haunt that's now even better than before. The fish sandwich was good but the (untoasted) raisin bread at Art Mel's would enhance the Bermuda fish sandwich. We would have liked a more flavorful tartar sauce plus hot sauce served tableside. The ice creams were smooth 'n creamy. Rum & raisin beat Haagen Dazs by a mile with full bodied rum flavor and creaminess you can feel on the palate- memorable. Can't wait to return to try some fresh new entrees. Congratulations! Please consider the locals before making wholesale changes like taking the most exciting soups off of the menu and ending food service in the bar area. For us, that was a deal breaker.
