Our flagship location in North Vancouver's Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood. This location features a large dining room with two mezzanines that overlook the lively lounge. Catch the Shipyards Night Market or other community events while sitting on our season
We were here for lunch with relatives visiting Vancouver. It seemed like most of the restaurants on lower Lonsdale are closed at lunchtime and we did not feel like eating at Lonsdale Quay. Tap & Barrel is casual and has a pub like ambiance. I found even the booths were very high and I had to climb up in order to seat myself in the booth. Iâm under 5â and a senior so seating myself was an interesting challenge. The service was very good fortunately since the parking on the streets at lunchtime is somewhat limited and with a time limit of 1 hour it did not allow us to linger over lunch. We ordered, pizzas (2), poke bowl, tuna salad and fish and chips. Everyone enjoyed their meal. My fish and chips were well prepared. The fish was nice and moist but the chips could have been crisper. The fish and chips were $19.95 and the fish used was cod. The food was very good but I felt it was somewhat overpriced. It is unlikely that we would return as I found their menu to be very limited and a bit too pricey. If Iâm paying $20.00 for fish and chips it should be prepared with something better than cod.Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback and we will share it with our team. We hope that you would consider returning and if you would like to email more details about the menu being limited we would love to hear from you. You can reach us at: [email protected]

The views are outstanding - mountains and Vancouver city! Service very good Menu somewhat limited and nothing particularly plain however the chicken in buttermilk was nice. A great place to go to see the views of this beautiful city

My overriding impression is the restaurant needs to up its game, especially on service, if it is to be as good as it aspires to be. The food was good, tasty and well prepared. Lots of local fish, classics and some twists - a good menu. The mussels were great and the fish and chips really well done. However, the service let it down - they forgot a starter completely and were pretty relaxed about the fact that the rest of the family has finished their starters by the time it arrived. Lots of other small things but on the whole a ânigglyâ night that left us feeling, sadly, just a bit deflated.

Established in 2001. Burgoo came to life because we believe everyone needs a little comfort and a place to enjoy some great comfort food. No matter what the season is, a tiny bit of comfort can go a long way to making someone's day more satisfying. We fel
My daughter, granddaughter and I had lunch at Burgoo today. The food was amazing and service was great. The 2 ladies working there were so attentive and aware of our needs. I can't wait to take my husband back for dinner. The French Onion Soup looked so good, I wished I had ordered, however my Chicken Pot Pie was delicious. I had some of my granddaughters mac & cheese and it was so tasty. All their food looked good and you could tell it was all made fresh. I will go back.

Settle in on the North Vancouver seaside for a fresh perspective on delicious dining and west coast flavours. Our restaurant is inspired by BC's natural abundance of seafood and fresh, sustainable ingredients. From casually elegant business lunches and si
Our table all enjoyed our meals. No complaints at all about taste or portions. The service was friendly but very slow. It took a long time for simple things like water refills and placing our order. Our server was always nearby but didn't check in frequently enough and it was near impossible to get her attention. Also, once we were done eating, our plates sat in front of us for ages. Our server and other staff would walk by our table and not make eye contact. There were several opportunities for someone to take the dirty dishes away but it didnt happen. As a former server we were told to never exit the dining room empty handed. Always look for a table needing something cleared on your way to the kitchen. Also, I asked if I could substitute a garden salad for the caesar salad in the three-course menu offer and was told no substitutions. The garden salad is actually cheaper than the caesar so it seemed like a reasonable request. I'm not sure why it would be denied.Dear HatRez,Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Lobby Restaurant. I am sorry that the service was not up to your expectations. You have brought up some great points which I will reiterate with the staff. Thank you again for dining at our restaurant and hopefully next time you dine with us we will have a these service issues rectified. Sincerely,Brendan

The Arms Reach Bistro, established in 2004, in the heart of Deep Cove, offers a tasteful west coast style cuisine with a unique flare. Open at 11am seven days a week, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Come down and join us, relax and relish in the spe
Deep Cove is a small village in a beautiful setting at the eastern edge of North Vancouver. There are a few shops on the main street, along with a very popular doughnut and pastry shop. The highlight of our visit was the Arms Reach Bistro. Our scallops were perfectly done and each item on the plate was excellent. The chocolate pate for dessert was icing on the cake. Should definitely make reservations for dinner. Ask for a window table if it's not a warm day for a view of the cove. I am not positive but I don't think they take reservations for the patio.

We are family run small cafe specializing in mouth watering french classics with an casual contemprary style. The traditional brunch items would include braised short rib with poached egg and red wine sauce or a tolouse special cassoulet with swiss cheese
It was a girlfriend who introduced me to this place. Tucked away off Mountain Highway was where we found Tour de Feast. A small and cosy place filled with many hungry patrons.Luckily we got a table on a weekend at around 1 pm. All items on the menu looked yummy which made it a difficult choice. We ordered the smoked salmon breakfast (came with fried eggs, English muffin and smoked salmon) and the Croque Madame sandwich (a toasted Brioche with melted Gruyere cheese with Black Forest ham and heirloom tomatoes sandwiches in the middle along with potatoes and a small salad). Both were equally tasty, fresh and flavourful. The desserts looked heavenly but we were too full. They also offer dinner and catering if you want more of this yummy food. Parking is a challenge and almost non existent. Service was friendly and the atmosphere has a good upbeat vibe. Canât wait to try their dinner. They advised that the dinner menu changes every few days which is a reason to come back over and over again.

Walk a bit above Lower Lonsdale and treat yourself to this amazing restaurant. We had a fantastic meal, with super service by our witty server Gavin. We enjoyed 2 of the evening specials. Lamb sirloin with a lovely sauce and vegetables done perfectly el dente. The second meal was linguini with prawns and scallions in a lemon sauce with a nice kick. Lovely cheesecake finished our evening. Top notch meal.

This is our go-to dinner place. Delicious food, great atmosphere and the staff are warm and friendly. The new beet share plate, the grilled Caesar salad and the pizzas (all of them!) are our favourites. We love the burgers too. They always seem to have a surprise dessert - well with saving some room for. Thanks for the great review! Glad to hear you enjoy you coming here as much as we enjoy having you here :)
