Let us say there is potential here. The food is good, I'll get to that in a minute, but the customer service from Bob was seriously lacking. Nice enough guy, but way too relaxed when it came to service. He was the only one there (not sure if that's typical), but still we stood at the front for several minutes before he came over to us where he could plainly see us in the kitchen. There was no one else in the restaurant. When we asked whT he recommended he said " oh I don't know, here is the menu." And then stood looking blankly at us. Awkward. People came in behind us at that point so we moved aside to look over the menu.It took about 25 minutes for our two veggie dogs. They were good, but really heavy on the sauce. The one with mustard drizzle was basically over powered by straight standard yellow mustard taste. We could not taste the flavor of pear, sweet potato or basil which was apparently in the meal. The mustard completely took over. I'd like to try again without the mustard 'drizzle ' (it's basically straight out mustard drenched) to see if I could taste the flavour of the pear, basil etc. The other hot dog same issue but too much ketchup. Totally ruins what should be unique veggie hot dogs that have good potential to be awesome. Also priced a bit high- prices are $2 or so more than listed on their website. Left a tip despite the service and did not get thanked. Please Bob, take this review to heart. Good food potential and friendlier service would give 5 stars.

Nestled on the Fraser River. We feature locally sourced ingredients with deliciously crafted French and Italian influences. Pair with a 70 bottle wine list
We just had an excellent dining experience at Rail and River Bistro in Fort Langley. The ambiance was great - with live music (acoustic guitar slow rock), and the service was very nice and thoughtful. But the food! It was so very good. We shared the scallops and pork belly, and my wife had the beet salad while I had the Caesar salad. And I think the creme brûlée May have been the best Iâve ever had. And we a view of the Fraser River. Such a nice time. Highly recommended!Thank you for choosing us to dine with! We are happy to hear you had a lovely time. We also appreciate you taking the time to review! Hope to have you in again soon!

The heart of Sabà Café and Bistro is our love for food, and more specifically, our passion for gathering, breaking bread around a communal table and sharing lifeâs simplest pleasures with the people we love. The word Sabà derives from old Hebrew and thoug
Really terrific atmosphere, ambiance. Only disappointment was that the hallah French toast was not cooked enough.. the veggie bennies were terrific as was the Shasunkra was excellent.Service was extraordinarily terrific and the staff seemed to be really enjoying their roles, fair priced, only open at this time for breakfast and lunch.Definitely a place to try even if your trip is from a distance.

Eight friends thoroughly enjoyed our Tapas style dinner at this restaurant. We ordered, scallops, orecchietta pasta, curried cauliflower salad, Margherita flatbread, duck breast, fingerling potatoes, & triple cooked fries & chocolate & peanut butter bar. We made reservations for Thursday evening but there was no need as it was nearly empty. Too bad because the food is good. We felt that it was good value for money. The server was attentive and professional.

Named after the word for house/a place to gather, this beautiful arts & cultural café is designed to honour and reflect tradition and culture. Stop by for a visit and experience great local food in a relaxed environment right on the riverfront in historic
Three of us went to lunch on a beautiful sunny day in February. The room we were in was fantastic with high ceilings and lots of light, very open and inviting.I had a bowl of Elk Stew which was very very tasty and loaded with lots of meat. A bit salty and I had to ask to have it heated up more even after asking when ordering to make sure it was really really hot. Oh....the Elk stew was not too gamey...just right. My wife had a breakfast sandwich that was very good, but she felt it was a bit dry with the bannock break herbed bun sort of overtaking the whole sandwich. She ordered a coffee which she had to ask to have reheated because it was not hot enough. Our friend had the Salmon Chowder which looked delicious and tasted great. We would go back again.

The Taphouse & Eatery collaborates with our brewers on a regular basis to create delicious food that pairs perfectly with all of our hand-crafted beers. Guided by our desire to "Tap into the Local", Trading Post sources seasonal ingredients from local far
This is a good place to taste Trading Postâs brews and sample some tasty appys. A couple of those were enough for lunch for the two of us. Yam fries and the hummus stood out. The 4-brew flight offered me a good choice from the 8 or so or their brews on tap, and they had some nice white wines by the glass. Very comfortable patio, music is in the background where it belongs, and service was friendly and quick. Parking at the rear helps a lot in sometimes crowded downtown Fort Langley. Hey Paul! Thanks for the kind words and for coming in this weekend! We're glad you enjoyed your visit and we hope to have you again soon! Cheers!

Old time watering hole with front porch seating and an enclosed side patio. Classic pub food with burgers and snacks. Still making history in Fort Langley
We came to Fort Langley town for a Fathers Day dinner and some shopping. Attended 16 Jun at 415pm to have a drink and get in before the rush of visitors. Not busy and we sat out side with a view of a beautiful row of flowers we enjoyed. The young female waitress (Brittany) came in good time, offering drinks. We got them and I also asked for a glass of water. We ordered food from her and another beer. Our food came in good time, nice delicious hamburger and salad. I ordered another beer. We were almost finished our meal so I told the manager I wished a beer. We needed more water, napkins but no waitress. She kept standing at the other end where the water was but did not come down our way and ask how is our food tasting or drinks. We finished our meal and waited. Finally got up and paid at the front desk. Was told they are changing the beer barrels. I paid my bill with the manager explaining short staff and misunderstanding on the drinks. This is the second time with a dull experience so might choose another restaurant! Softsand.

Wendel's nourishes hungry minds and bodies as an independent bookstore and fresh-food café. The café lavishes readers with a menu of fresh fare made in-house that eschews preservatives and accommodates dietary needs with wheat-free, dairy-free, and vegeta
Quaint cafe that is in many Hallmark movies. Food is amazing with very friendly local faces. We love it!

Went here for a Sunday brunch after walking around Old Langley Town. Classic Eggs Benedict and Croque Madame were both excellent (although the eggs were overcooked to the order on the Benny). Artisan salad was also large and fully of great taste and texture combinations. In order to allow for a celiac diet the final dish was the veggie wrap without the wrap. Strawberry lemonade had real strawberry added. Nice and refreshing on a hot day.
